Claims (11)
- 電子装置であって、ケースと、チャンバと、少なくとも一つのアクチュエータセンサモジュールと、を含み、
該ケースが開口を備え、
該チャンバは、該ケース内の該ケースの該開口と連通して取り付けられ、
該少なくとも一つのアクチュエータセンサモジュールがチャンバ内に設置され、該アクチュエータセンサモジュールがセンサに流体輸送装置を組み合わせて構成され、該流体輸送装置が駆動されて作動し、流体を輸送して、該電子装置の外部の流体を該開口から取り込み、該チャンバ内に流入させ、該センサで該チャンバ内に流入した該流体を測定する、ことを特徴とする、電子装置。 - 該チャンバが該電子装置内の空間から隔離された独立チャンバであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 該センサと該流体輸送装置が統合して基板上に設置されてから、該チャンバ内に設置できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 該センサと該流体輸送装置が、特定用途向け集積回路、システムオンチップのうちの一つ上に統合してパッケージしてから、チャンバ内に設置できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 該センサが、オゾンセンサ、光センサ、微粒子センサ、揮発性有機物センサのうち一つまたはそれらの組み合わせを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子装置。

該共振片が、該合流チャンバに対応する中空孔を備え、かつ該中空孔の周囲が可動部であり、
該圧電アクチュエータが、該共振片に対応して設置され、
そのうち、該共振片と該圧電アクチュエータの間に間隙が設けられて第1チャンバを形成し、それにより該圧電アクチュエータが駆動されると、流体が該気体導入板の該少なくとも一つの気体導入孔から導入され、該少なくとも一つの合流孔を介して該中心凹部に集められた後、該共振片の該中空孔を経由して該第1チャンバ内に進入し、該圧電アクチュエータと該共振片の可動部により共振を発生して流体が輸送されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電子装置。 - 該圧電アクチュエータが、懸吊板と、外枠と、少なくとも一つのフレームと、圧電片と、を含み、
