t10: 10%の転化率に到達した時間
t90: 90%の転化率に到達した時間

Claims (12)
- 架橋性組成物であって、クロロプレンゴムの全量を規準にして、第2又は第3番目の典型元素族からのカチオンを0.05重量%〜0.25重量%の量で含み、レジネートアニオンを0.3重量%から2.5重量%未満までの量で含み、架橋剤、好ましくは金属酸化物架橋剤、より好ましくは酸化亜鉛および/または酸化マグネシウムを含み、そして0.5重量%未満のエチレンチオ尿素の含量を有する、クロロプレンゴムを含む架橋性組成物。
- 前記第2又は第3番目の典型元素族からのカチオンが、カルシウム、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、またはそれらの組合せ、好ましくはカルシウム、マグネシウム、またはそれらの組合せ、最も好ましくはカルシウムから選択される、請求項1に記載の架橋性組成物。
- レジネートアニオンの量が、0.4重量%〜2.3重量%、好ましくは0.5重量%〜2.0重量%である、請求項1または2に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 前記第2又は第3番目の典型元素族からのカチオンの量が、0.09重量%〜0.23重量%、好ましくは0.12重量%〜0.21重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 前記架橋剤が、金属酸化物架橋剤、好ましくは酸化亜鉛および/または酸化マグネシウムである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- エチレンチオ尿素の含量が、クロロプレンゴムの全量を規準にして、0.1重量%未満、より好ましくは0.01重量%未満である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 前記組成物が、エチレンチオ尿素とは異なる加硫促進剤を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 前記組成物が、N−メチル−チアゾリジン−2−チオンを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 加硫物を製造する方法であって、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物を、100℃から180℃未満まで、好ましくは120℃〜170℃、最も好ましくは140℃〜160℃に加熱することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法によって得ることが可能な、または請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物から得ることが可能な、加硫物。
- 請求項10に記載の加硫物を含む成形体、好ましくは空気バネ、コンベヤベルト、ベルト、cvブーツ、橋梁支承、ワイパーブレード、またはダイビングスーツ。
- 請求項10に記載の加硫物、または請求項11に記載の成形体を製造するための、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物の使用。
