Description
Claims (16)
- 被験者の血圧の測定値の信頼性を評価する、装置の制御ユニットにおける方法であって、当該方法は:
被験者の痛みおよび/またはストレスのレベルを示す被験者の少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の第一の測定値を得る段階であって、前記第一の測定は血圧の測定がなされる前になされる、段階と;
被験者の血圧の前記測定値を得る段階と;
被験者の前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の第二の測定値を得る段階であって、前記第二の測定は血圧の前記測定がなされた後かつ血圧のその後の測定がなされる前になされる、段階と;
前記第一の測定値および前記第二の測定値に基づいて、血圧の前記測定値が信頼できるかどうかを判定する段階であって、前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の前記第一の測定値および前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の前記第二の測定値が痛みおよび/またはストレスの低いレベルを示す場合に、血圧の前記測定値が信頼できると判定される、段階とを含む、
方法。 - 血圧の前記測定値が信頼できるかどうかを判定する段階が:
前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の前記第一の測定値および前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の前記第二の測定値が痛みおよび/またはストレスの高いレベルを示す場合に、血圧の前記測定値が信頼できないと判定することを含む、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 血圧の前記測定値が信頼できるかどうかを判定する段階が:
前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の前記第一の測定値および前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の前記第二の測定値が、血圧の前記測定がなされる前の痛みおよび/またはストレスの、血圧の前記測定がなされた後に示される痛みおよび/またはストレスのレベルとは異なるレベルを示す場合に、血圧の前記測定値が信頼できないと判定することを含む、
請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 当該方法はさらに、血圧の前記測定値が信頼できると判定されない場合に、前記の複数の得る段階を繰り返すことをさらに含む、請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 被験者の血圧の測定値を得る段階は、前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の前記第一の測定値が痛みおよび/またはストレスの低いレベルを示す場合に実行される、請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の前記第一の測定値が痛みおよび/またはストレスの高いレベルを示す場合、当該方法はさらに:
被験者の前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の一つまたは複数のさらなる測定値を得る段階であって、前記一つまたは複数のさらなる測定は血圧の前記測定がなされる前になされる、段階を含み、
被験者の血圧の測定値を得る段階は、ひとたび痛みおよび/またはストレスの低いレベルを示すさらなる測定がなされたときに実行される、
請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか一項記載の方法。 - コンピュータまたはプロセッサに請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか一項記載の方法を実行させるためのコンピュータ・プログラム。
- 被験者の血圧の測定値の信頼性を評価するための、制御ユニットを有する装置であって、前記制御ユニットは:
被験者の痛みおよび/またはストレスのレベルを示す被験者の少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の第一の測定値を得る段階であって、前記第一の測定は血圧の測定がなされる前になされる、段階と;
被験者の血圧の前記測定値を得る段階と;
被験者の前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の第二の測定値を得る段階であって、前記第二の測定は血圧の前記測定がなされた後かつ血圧のその後の測定がなされる前になされる、段階と;
前記第一の測定値および前記第二の測定値に基づいて、血圧の前記測定値が信頼できるかどうかを判定する段階であって、前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の前記第一の測定値および前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の前記第二の測定値が痛みおよび/またはストレスの低いレベルを示す場合に、血圧の前記測定値が信頼できると判定される、段階とを実行するよう構成されている、
装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記第一の測定値、前記第二の測定値および/または血圧の前記測定値を当該装置におけるメモリ・ユニットから取得するよう構成されている、請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記第一の測定値および前記第二の測定値を、被験者の前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴を測定するよう生理的特徴センサーを制御することによって得て、血圧の前記測定値を被験者の血圧を測定する血圧測定デバイスを制御することによって得るよう構成されている、請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットはさらに、前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の前記第一の測定値が痛みおよび/またはストレスの高いレベルを示す場合、被験者の前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の一つまたは複数のさらなる測定値を得るよう構成されており、前記一つまたは複数のさらなる測定は血圧の前記測定がなされる前になされ、
前記制御ユニットは、被験者の血圧の測定値を得ることを、ひとたび痛みおよび/またはストレスの低いレベルを示すさらなる測定がなされたときに実行するよう構成されている、
請求項8ないし10のうちいずれか一項記載の装置。 - 当該装置がさらに:
被験者の血圧の測定値を得るためのデバイスを有する、
請求項8ないし11のうちいずれか一項記載の装置。 - 前記デバイスが:
被験者の肢のまわりで使うための膨張可能なカフと;
前記カフを膨張させるためのポンプと;
前記膨張可能なカフ内の空気圧を測定するための圧力センサーとを有する、
請求項12記載の装置。 - 前記膨張可能なカフは、前記少なくとも一つの生理的特徴の測定値を得るための生理的特徴センサーを有する、請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記生理的特徴は第一および第二の心電図(ECG)電極を使って測定され、前記膨張可能なカフが前記第一のECG電極を有し、前記第二のECG電極は、被験者の手で保持されるよう構成されている、請求項13または14記載の装置。
- 当該装置はさらに、被験者が血圧の測定を開始できるようにするための作動コンポーネントを有しており、前記作動コンポーネントは、前記第二のECG電極とともに被験者の手に保持されるよう構成されている、請求項15記載の装置。
