Claims (5)
- 対象のストレスおよび/または疼痛レベルを決定するための装置であって、前記装置はプロセッサを備え、前記プロセッサは、
前記対象の身体の末梢部分から得られる第1のフォトプレチスモグラフィ信号を第1のフォトプレチスモグラフィセンサから取得し、
前記対象の身体の中心部分から得られる第2のフォトプレチスモグラフィ信号を第2のフォトプレチスモグラフィセンサから取得し、
前記第1のフォトプレチスモグラフィ信号の第1の振幅および前記第2のフォトプレチスモグラフィ信号の対応する第2の振幅を特定し、
血圧に対して正規化された前記第1の振幅を取得するために、前記第1の振幅と前記第2の振幅との比を求めることによって、前記第1の振幅を前記対応する第2の振幅で正規化し、
前記正規化された前記第1の振幅の変動に基づいて、前記第1のフォトプレチスモグラフィ信号から前記対象のストレスおよび/または疼痛レベルを決定するように構成され、
前記中心部分は、前記末梢部分と異なり、かつ前記末梢部分と比較して、前記対象の脳への血液量をより正確に測定することができる前記対象の首より上の領域である、装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記正規化された前記第1の振幅の変動に基づいて、前記取得されたフォトプレチスモグラフィ信号の複数の領域が前記対象の前記ストレスおよび/または疼痛レベルの増加を示すか否かを決定することによって、前記対象の前記ストレスおよび/または疼痛レベルを決定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 対象のストレスおよび/または疼痛レベルを決定するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
請求項1または2に記載の装置と、
前記第1及び第2のフォトプレチスモグラフィセンサと、を備え、
使用時、前記第1のフォトプレチスモグラフィセンサは前記対象の前記身体の前記末梢部分上に配置され、前記第2のフォトプレチスモグラフィセンサは前記対象の前記身体の前記中心部分上に配置される、システム。 - 対象のストレスおよび/または疼痛レベルを決定するためのシステムの作動方法であって、
前記システムのプロセッサが、前記対象の身体の末梢部分から得られる第1のフォトプレチスモグラフィ信号を第1のフォトプレチスモグラフィセンサからするステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記対象の身体の中心部分から得られる第2のフォトプレチスモグラフィ信号を第2のフォトプレチスモグラフィセンサから取得するステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記第1のフォトプレチスモグラフィ信号の第1の振幅および前記第2のフォトプレチスモグラフィ信号の対応する第2の振幅を特定するステップと、
前記プロセッサが、血圧に対して正規化された前記第1の振幅を取得するために、前記第1の振幅と前記第2の振幅との比を求めることによって、前記第1の振幅を前記対応する第2の振幅で正規化するステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記正規化された前記第1の振幅の変動に基づいて、前記第1のフォトプレチスモグラフィ信号から前記対象のストレスおよび/または疼痛レベルを決定するステップと、を含み、
前記中心部分は、前記末梢部分と異なり、かつ前記末梢部分と比較して、前記対象の脳への血液量をより正確に測定することができる前記対象の首より上の領域である、システムの作動方法。 - コンピュータ可読コードを有し、適切なコンピュータのプロセッサによって前記コンピュータ可読コードが実行されると、前記プロセッサは請求項4に記載のシステムの作動方法を実行する、コンピュータ可読媒体。
