Description
Claims (18)
- 有機質原料の不純物と異物を除去する異物除去段階;
前記有機質原料を高温高圧蒸気で滅菌する滅菌段階;および
前記有機質原料を破砕する破砕段階;で生成された粉末状の有機質原料、
土壌から分離した浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群を単独培養、混合培養、組合せ培養のうちいずれか一つ以上の方法で培養する微生物の培養段階;
前記微生物の培養段階で生成した1次代謝産物、2次代謝産物、分解および合成酵素などの複合酵素、抗生物質、生理活性物質、誘導物質などに複合アミノ酸のうちいずれか一つ以上を添加して微生物培養液を製造する微生物培養液の製造段階;および
前記微生物培養液の製造段階で製造された前記微生物培養液と糖蜜希釈液を混合する微生物添加液の製造段階;で生成された微生物添加液を、前記粉末状の有機質原料に噴射し混合して混合物を生成する混合段階;
前記混合段階で生成された混合物を発酵させる発酵段階;および
前記発酵段階を経た前記混合物を乾燥させる乾燥段階;を含むことを特徴とする浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記異物除去段階の有機質原料は、
穀物ふすま74wt%、油粕10wt%、もみ殻とわらを原料とする炒めた粉末10wt%および添加物6wt%で混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記添加物は、
魚粉、骨粉、カニ殻のうちいずれか一つ以上を混合することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記微生物の培養段階は、
浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群のうちいずれか一つ以上を単独培養または混合培養する1次培養段階と、前記1次培養段階を経た微生物を組合せ培養する2次培養段階とに分けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記1次培養段階は、
微生物間に片利共生、原始的協同、相利共生のうちいずれか一つ以上が行われることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記2次培養段階は、
各個体群間の信号物質である微生物フェロモンで種間の情報交換を通じて遺伝子を交換して1次代謝産物、2次代謝産物、分解および合成酵素などの複合酵素、抗生物質、生理活性物質、誘導物質のうちいずれか一つ以上が生成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記微生物の培養段階は、
導入微生物間の遺伝子交換過程を経て土壌改良、作物生長、病害虫防除、有機汚染物の生分解、金属汚染の浄化のうちいずれか一つ以上の機能を有する機能性微生物を生成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記微生物の培養段階は、
微生物を誘導期、対数期、静止期のみまで培養することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記微生物の培養段階は、
培養槽別に9段階の移送手続よりなり、1段階は、各種培地であり、2段階は、三角フラスコ、3段階は、20Lの生物反応器、4段階は、0.5トンの培養槽、5段階は、1トンの培養槽、6段階は、2.5トンの培養槽、7段階は、5トンの培養槽、8段階は、10トンの培養槽、9段階は、大容量の培養槽の順に移送しつつ培養することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記微生物添加液の製造段階の糖蜜希釈液は、
糖蜜20〜40wt%と精製水60〜80wt%を混合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記微生物添加液の製造段階は、
糖蜜希釈液25〜50wt%と微生物培養液50〜75wt%を混合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記混合段階は、
前記混合物が水分50〜60wt%を含むように混合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記発酵段階は、
前記混合物の発酵温度40℃〜45℃になる時点から撹拌を始め、前記発酵温度を50℃以下に維持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記発酵段階は、
3〜10日間発酵することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 前記発酵段階は、
発酵型微生物群と合成型微生物群で製造した微生物添加液を有機質原料に噴射して3〜5日間発酵する1次発酵段階と、浄菌型微生物群で製造した微生物添加液を噴射して3〜5日間発酵する2次発酵段階とに分けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造されることを特徴とする浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料。
- 前記有機肥料は、
有機質原料に搭載された浄菌型、発酵型、合成型微生物群の代謝により有用物質を持続的に土壌と作物に供給することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料。 - 前記有機肥料は、
培養した浄菌型、発酵型、合成型微生物群を有機質原料に搭載させて住居空間と基質を提供して微生物の生育を保護することを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の浄菌型微生物群、発酵型微生物群および合成型微生物群と有機質原料で製造された有機肥料。
