Abstract
Description
(1)435nm波長での光学透過率は10%以下、
(2)450nmでの光学透過率は70%以下、
(3)480nmでの光学透過率は80%以上。
I.本質が、基材を有機溶媒及び/又は水性の着色熱浴、好ましくは水性溶液に数分間、浸すことにある含浸又は吸収方法であって、有機レンズ基材等の有機材料から作られる基材は殆どの場合、90°Cのオーダの温度に加熱され、光学フィルタリング手段又はカラーバランス手段が分散した水性着色浴に浸すことにより、材料の大部分内で着色され、したがって、この化合物は基材表面下で拡散し、色濃度は、基材本体に拡散する化合物の量を調整することにより得られる、含浸又は吸収方法、
II.含浸可能な一時的被膜(impregnable temporary coating)を含む特開2000−314088号公報及び特開2000−241601号公報に記載される拡散方法、
III.米国特許第6534443号明細書及び米国特許第6554873号明細書に記載される等の昇華可能材料を使用するコンタクトレス着色、又は
IV.鋳造又は射出成形中に存在する高温に対する十分な耐性を有する場合、例えば、鋳造又は射出成形による、基材自体の製造中の化合物の組み込みであって、これは好ましくは、化合物を基材組成物(光学材料樹脂又は重合可能組成物)に混合し、次に、組成物を適切な金型内で硬化させることにより基材を形成することにより実行される、基材自体の製造中の化合物の組み込み
を含む。
HunterからのUltraScan Pro分光光度計を使用して、レンズの光学性能を測定し、以下の表に示し、表中、青色遮断%(420〜450nm)は、光学物品の前主面に到達する420nm〜450nmの範囲の波長を有する光の遮断%を表す。青色遮断%(420〜450nm)=100−420〜450nmでの平均透過%。
少なくとも、Monoyerテストで0.8の表記を有する(すなわち、ライン0.8を読むことが可能である)ような視覚を有する15人の訓練を受けた審査団により、上記で提案されたレンズを評価した。
1)試料を比較提示し、
2)ランダムな順序(ラテン方陣)で製品を評価して、順序の影響に起因する摂動を避け、
3)製品を3桁コードのみで識別することにより、製品を匿名化する。
定義:光を透過させ、装着者の目で鮮鋭に見える
プロトコル:装着者は、鏡で自分を見て、自分が自分の目をはっきりと見えるか否かを見ることにより、レンズの透明性を評価する。尺度:0(透明ではない)〜10(非常に透明)。
定義:光を透過させ、観測者の目で鮮鋭に見える
プロトコル:評価者は、自分の前にいる人物を見て、その人物の目がはっきりと見えるか否かを見ることにより、レンズの透明性を評価する。尺度:0(透明ではない)〜10(非常に透明)。
Claims (16)
- 前主面及び後主面を有する基材を備える光学物品であって、
4以下であるCIE(1976)L*a*b*国際表色系において定義される表色係数b*を有し、
87%以上の可視スペクトル内の相対光透過係数Tvを有し、
前記前主面に到達する420nm〜450nmの範囲の波長を有する光の少なくとも8%を遮断する
ものとして定義される光学物品。 - 波長465nm〜495nmの範囲の波長を有する光の少なくとも95%を透過するものとして更に定義される、請求項1に記載の光学物品。
- 87%〜98.5%、好ましくは87%〜97%、より好ましくは87%〜96%の範囲の可視スペクトル内の相対光透過係数Tvを有する、請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の光学物品。
- 前記前主面に到達する420nm〜450nmの範囲の波長を有する光の少なくとも12%を遮断するものとして更に定義される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の光学物品。
- 420nm〜450nmの範囲の波長を有する光を少なくとも部分的に遮断する少なくとも1つの光学フィルタリング手段を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光学物品。
- 前記光学フィルタリング手段は、少なくとも1つの吸収染料及び/又はUV吸収剤を含む、請求項5に記載の光学物品。
- 少なくとも1つのカラーバランス構成要素を更に備える、請求項5又は6に記載の光学物品。
- 前記後主面及び前記前主面は、多層反射防止被膜で被膜され、前記可視光領域での前記後主面及び前記前主面での前記平均光反射係数Rvは、2.5%以下である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の光学物品。
- 前記多層反射防止被膜は、前記前主面に到達する420nm〜450nmの範囲の波長を有する光の2.5%未満を遮断する、請求項8に記載の光学物品。
- 少なくとも1つの主面で0.6%以下である平均光反射係数Rvを前記可視領域において有する、請求項8又は9に記載の光学物品。
- 前記後主面及び前記前主面において、0.6%以下である平均光反射係数Rvを前記可視領域において有する、請求項8又は9に記載の光学物品。
- 前記ISO13666:1998規格において定義される関数W(λ)により加重される、280nm〜380nmの前記後主面での前記平均反射係数RUVは、入射角35°で、5%未満である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の光学物品。
- 眼科レンズとして更に定義される、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の光学物品。
- 3以下である、前記CIE(1976)L*a*b*国際表色系で定義される表色係数a*を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の光学物品。
- −5以上、好ましくは−5〜−1の範囲の前記CIE(1976)L*a*b*国際表色系において定義される表色係数a*を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の光学物品。
- 光毒性青色光からユーザの目の少なくとも一部を保護する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の光学物品。
