Claims (1)

  1. CoFeAl、CoFeSi、CoFeIn、CuFeAl、CuFeSi、FeMnGa、FeMnSi、CoCuAl、FeTiGa及びこれらの2種以上の混合物からなる群から選択される三元金属間化合物を含む触媒を製造する方法であって、
    (1)Fe、Co、及びCuについての1種以上の前駆体化合物、Mn、Cu、Ti及びFeについての1種以上の前駆体化合物、Al、Si、Ga及びInについての1種以上の前駆体化合物、及び1種以上の溶媒を含有する溶液を準備すること;
    (2)(1)で準備した溶液に支持体材料を添加すること;
    (3)(2)で得た混合物を蒸発させて乾燥させること;及び
    (4)(3)で得た混合物を水素含有雰囲気中で加熱すること
    を含むことを特徴とする方法。
