「ポリオール−1」は、The Dow Chemical CompanyからのVORANOL(商標)CP 260ポリオールとして入手可能な660のヒドロキシル価及び85の当量を公称上有するグリセリン開始プロピレンオキシドポリオールであり、
「ポリオール−2」は、The Dow Chemical CompanyからVORANOL CP 6001 Polyolとして入手可能な27.5のヒドロキシル価及び2040の当量を有するグリセリン開始プロピレンオキシド及び15パーセントのエチレンオキシドでキャップされたポリオールであり、
「ポリオール−3」は、The Dow Chemical CompanyからのVORANOL CP 1421 Polyolとして入手可能な33のヒドロキシル価及び1675の当量を有するグリセリン開始混合供給物プロピレンオキシド及びエチレンオキシドポリオールであり、
「ポリオール−4」は、Stephan CompanyからSTEPANPOL(商標)PS 3152として入手可能な300〜330のヒドロキシル価及び175の当量を有するジエチレングリコール−無水フタル酸系ポリエステルポリオールであり、
「セルオープナー」は、Evonik IndustriesのORTEGOL(商標)501として入手可能なセルオープナーとして使用される有機ポリマーを含む配合物であり、
「界面活性剤」は、Evonic IndustriesからTEGOSTAB(商標)B 8863 Zとして入手可能なシリコン界面活性剤であり、
「G2Nan」は、Composite Material Biomaterial CNRのスピンオフであるPunto Quanticoから入手可能な平均フレーク厚さが10nmで平均横方向粒子サイズが5〜50μmである膨張グラファイトの剥離により得られたグラファイトナノプレートレット粒子であり、
「GNP」は、Composite Material Biomaterial CNRのスピンオフ(spin−off)であるPunto Quanticoから入手可能な25〜50μmの平均横方向粒子サイズ15nmの平均フレーク厚さを有する粗いグラファイトナノプレートレットであり、
「CNT」は、Nanocyl S.A.からNANOCYL(商標)NC 7000として入手可能な平均直径が9.5nmで平均長さが1.5μmのカーボンナノチューブであり、
「触媒」は、The Dow Chemical CompanyからNK 932触媒として入手可能な有機スズ系触媒及び架橋剤であり、
「ブラック」は、D.B.Becker CompanyからBlack Repitan/IN 99546として入手可能な黒色のペースト添加剤であり、
ならびに
「イソシアネート」は、The Dow Chemical CompanyからSPECFLEX(商標)NE449として入手可能な、45重量パーセントの4,4’−MDI、18重量パーセントの2,4’−MDI、及び約32.1のイソシアネート含有量を有する35重量パーセントのポリマーMDIを有するMDIブレンドである。
「イソシアネート指数」は、ポリオール成分と反応するのに必要なイソシアネートの理論量に対するイソシアネートの実際の量の比であり、
「密度」は、ASTM D3574に従って決定され、1リットル当たりのグラムで報告される。
Claims (10)
- (A)A側であって、
(i)1つ以上の有機イソシアネートを含む、A側と、
(B)B側であって、
(ii)1つ以上のイソシアネート反応性成分、
(iii)100nm以下の少なくとも1つの寸法を有するカーボンナノ充填剤、及び
(iv)触媒、発泡剤、セルオープナー、界面活性剤、架橋剤、鎖延長剤、難燃剤、充填剤、着色剤、顔料、帯電防止剤、強化繊維、酸化防止剤、保存剤、または酸スカベンジャーから選択される1つ以上の追加成分を含む、B側と、の混合物を含むポリウレタン発泡体を製造するための反応性配合物。 - 前記有機イソシアネートは、モノマーMDI、ポリマーMDI、それらの組み合わせ、ならびに/またはウレトンイミン及び/もしくはカルボジイミド基を導入してポリイソシアネートを形成することによって得られるその液体変形物を含み、29〜33パーセントのNCO値を有し、かつ前記ポリイソシアネートに含まれる前記カルボジイミド及び/もしくはウレトンイミン変性ポリイソシアネートは、モノマー形態の1〜60重量パーセントの2,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート及び/またはそのカルボジイミド化生成物である、請求項1に記載の反応性配合物。
- 前記イソシアネート反応性成分は、エチレンオキシドでキャップされたポリエーテルポリオールを含む、請求項1に記載の反応性配合物。
- 前記カーボンナノ充填剤は、カーボンナノ粉末、カーボンナノ粒子、グラファイトナノプレートレット、グラフェンナノプレートレット、カーボンナノファイバー、カーボンナノチューブ、またはそれらの混合物である、請求項1に記載の反応性配合物。
- 前記ナノ充填剤は、前記ナノ充填剤への有機官能基の包含により修飾されていない、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ナノ充填剤は、前記ナノ充填剤への有機官能基の包含により修飾されている、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- (I)形成する工程であって、
(A)A側であって、
(i)1つ以上の有機イソシアネートを含む、A側と、
(B)B側であって、
(ii)1つ以上のイソシアネート反応性成分、
(iii)100nm以下の少なくとも1つの寸法を有するカーボンナノ充填剤、及び
(iv)触媒、発泡剤、セルオープナー、界面活性剤、架橋剤、鎖延長剤、難燃剤、充填剤、着色剤、顔料、帯電防止剤、強化繊維、酸化防止剤、保存剤、または酸スカベンジャーから選択される1つ以上の追加成分を含む、B側と、を形成する工程と、
(II)前記A側と前記B側を一緒に混合して、反応性配合物を形成する工程と、
(III)前記結果として得られた反応性配合物を、前記反応性配合物を硬化させるのに十分な条件に供して、ポリウレタン発泡体を形成する工程と、により、ポリウレタン発泡体を製造するための方法。 - 前記カーボンナノ充填剤は、カーボンナノ粉末、カーボンナノ粒子、グラファイトナノプレートレット、グラフェンナノプレートレット、カーボンナノファイバー、カーボンナノチューブ、またはそれらの混合物である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン発泡体は、10g/l〜40g/lの密度を有する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- エンジンコンパートメント、燃料インジェクタ、オイルパン、アンダーカバー、フードサイレンサ、シートクッション、バルクヘッド、ドア、屋根、またはダッシュボードの防音のための、自動車両における請求項1に記載のポリウレタン発泡体の使用。
