Abstract
Description
メンブレンプレス内に型が配置されている又は配置され、少なくとも1つの有機シートが、ワークピースとして型上に配置され、
弾性的に伸長可能なメンブレンが、有機シートの介在下で、型を介して伸長されて予張力を付与され、
メンブレンが、型の方の側に負圧の作用を受け、型とは反対の方の側に正圧の作用を受けることによって、有機シートが部品を形成しつつ変形され、これにより、有機シートが、型上に形成されること、を特徴とする方法を教示する。
Claims (14)
- メンブレンプレス(1)内で熱可塑性の有機シート(2)を変形させることにより繊維複合材料から成る部品を製造するための方法において、
メンブレンプレス(1)内に型(4)が配置されている又は配置され、少なくとも1つの有機シート(2)が、ワークピースとして型上に配置され、
弾性的に伸長可能なメンブレン(11)が、有機シート(2)の介在下で、型(4)を介して伸長されて予張力を付与され、
メンブレン(11)が、型の方の側に負圧の作用を受け、型とは反対の方の側に正圧の作用を受けることによって、有機シート(2)が部品を形成しつつ変形され、これにより、有機シート(2)が、型上に形成されること、を特徴とする方法。 - 有機シート(2)が、プレス(1)への挿入の前及び/又は後に、例えば180℃超の温度へ加熱されること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 型(4)又は少なくともその有機シート(2)の方の表面が、変形の前及び/又は間に、例えば180℃超の温度へ加熱されること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- メンブレン(11)に正圧の作用を与える圧力媒体が加熱されること、を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 正圧が、少なくとも10bar、好ましくは少なくとも20barであること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 有機シート(2)が、予備製造された半製品として複数の有機シート層(2a)から成り、これら有機シート層が、プレス(1)内へ挿入する前に、積み重ねて配置され、場合によっては互いに結合されること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 個々の層(2a)が、異なった繊維配向を備えること、を特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 個々の層(2a)が、面にわたって変化する厚さを有する1つの有機シートを形成しつつ異なった大きさを備えること、を特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- メンブレン(11)が、シリコンから製造されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- メンブレン(11)が、少なくとも1mm、好ましくは少なくとも2mmの厚さ及び/又は少なくとも500%、好ましくは少なくとも600%の破断伸びを備えること、を特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 個々の層(2a)が、変形の過程で、部品のエッジ形状を変化させつつ互いに位置ズレすること、を特徴とする請求項6〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ・型(4)が配置される1つのプレス下部分(3)と、
・プレス下部分(3)に対してシール可能な圧力ケース(6)を備える1つのプレス上部分(5)と、
・プレス上部分(5)及び/又はプレス下部分(3)に作用する少なくとも1つのプレスシリンダ(9)と、
・型(4)を介して張力を付与可能な1つのメンブレン(11)と、
・メンブレン(11)の一方の側、例えば下側に負圧を発生可能な1つの真空ポンプ(12)と、
・メンブレン(11)の他方の側に正圧を発生可能な1つの増圧ポンプ(13)と、
を有する、メンブレンプレスとして形成された、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法により繊維複合材料から成る部品を製造するためのプレス。 - メンブレン(11)が、プレス下部分(3)に固定され、型(4)を介して張力を付与可能であること、を特徴とする請求項12に記載のプレス。
- メンブレン(11)が、プレス上部分(5)、例えば圧力ケース(6)に弾性的に予張力を付与されて固定されていること、を特徴とする請求項12に記載のプレス。
