Claims (13)
- 長手方向中心軸線(50)を有するハウジング(2)と、該ハウジング(2)内で回転可能に且つ前記長手方向中心軸線(50)の方向に固定して保持されている投与機構(18)とを備え、該投与機構が、第1のねじ山結合部(19)を介して、前記ハウジング(2)に対し相対回転不能に且つ前記長手方向中心軸線(50)の方向に変位可能に保持される注射スリーブ(17)と結合され、前記投与機構(18)が、注射液の押し出し投与量を調整する際に前記ハウジング(2)に対し回転し、前記注射スリーブ(17)が、前記第1のねじ山結合部(19)により末端側方向(30)へ移動し、前記投与機構(18)が、前記注射液の調整した投与量を押し出す際に前記ハウジング(2)に対し逆方向に回転し、前記注射スリーブ(17)が、前記第1のねじ山結合部(19)により基端側方向(31)へ移動する、注射器において、
前記注射器(1)が、第1の端部(70)でもって前記注射スリーブ(17)に対し支持され且つ第2の端部(71)でもって前記ハウジング(2)に対し支持されるばね(9)を有し、該ばねは、前記注射液を押し出す際に前記注射スリーブ(17)を前記基端側方向(31)へ移動させ、これによって前記注射液の調整した投与量の押し出しを生じさせることを特徴とする注射器。 - 前記ばね(9)が圧縮ばねとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 前記ばね(9)が、その第1の端部(70)でもって前記注射スリーブ(17)で支持され、その第2の端部(71)でもって前記ハウジングで支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の注射器。
- 前記投与機構(18)が、半径方向において前記注射スリーブ(17)の内側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の注射器。
- 前記ばね(9)が、前記投与機構(18)の外周に、該投与機構(18)と前記注射スリーブ(17)との間に形成される環状空間(64)内に少なくとも部分的に位置するように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の注射器。
- 前記ハウジング(2)が視認窓(7)を有していること、前記注射スリーブ(17)が開口部(26)を有し、該開口部(26)が前記視認窓(7)とオーバーラップし、該開口部を通じて、前記投与機構(18)の外周に配置されたスケール(59)を視認可能であること、前記注射スリーブ(17)が、投与量を最大に調整した時に前記視認窓(7)の基端側領域を覆う部分を有していることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の注射器。
- 前記視認窓(7)の基端側領域を覆う前記部分が、前記注射スリーブ(17)の、前記基端側方向(31)に突出している細条部(34)に、形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の注射器。
- 前記注射器(1)が、前記注射液を備える容器(5)を含んでいること、半径方向において前記容器(5)と前記ハウジング(2)の上部ハウジング部(3)との間に、前記細条部(34)が前記注射器(1)のゼロ位置(28)で突出するポケット(92)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の注射器。
- 前記ハウジング(2)がハウジング壁(87)を有し、該ハウジング壁に前記投与機構(18)のための回転軸受(21)が形成されていること、前記細条部(34)が前記ハウジング壁(87)に設けた貫通穴(83)を通じて前記ハウジング壁(87)の基端側へ突出していることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の注射器。
- 前記注射スリーブ(17)が、前記注射器(1)の各位置で完全に前記注射器(1)の前記ハウジング(2)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の注射器。
- 注射器(1,101)が操作要素(6,106)を有し、該操作要素が、前記注射液の押し出し投与量を調整する際に、第1のクラッチ(16,116)を介して前記投与機構(18)と相対回転不能に結合され、前記注射液の調整した投与量を押し出しする際に、第2のクラッチ(20)を介して前記ハウジング(2)と相対回転不能に結合されて前記投与機構(18)に対し回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の注射器。
- 前記操作要素(6,106)が、投与量の調整の際に末端側終端位置(90)にあり、前記第1のクラッチ(16,116)を解除するために前記基端側方向(31)へ移動されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の注射器。
- 前記注射器(1,101)が、前記注射液を前記容器(5)から押し出しするための投与ピストン(11)を有し、該投与ピストン(11)が第2のねじ山結合部(22)を介して前記投与機構(18)と結合され、前記投与ピストン(11)は、前記注射液の押し出し量を調整する際に前記投与機構(18)と相対回転不能に結合されて、該投与機構(18)とともに回転し、前記投与ピストン(11)は、前記注射液の押し出し量を押し出す際に前記ハウジング(2)と相対回転不能に結合されて、前記第2のねじ山結合部(22)により前記基端側方向(31)へ移動することを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか一つに記載の注射器。
