Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 患者の目の圧力を測定するための眼内圧測定装置であって、当該装置は:
‐ 音響反射率、光学反射率、光路差、目に対する眼内圧測定装置の位置、目に対する眼内圧測定装置の向き、角膜の形状及び角膜厚のうちの少なくとも一つを検出するための手段、
‐ 患者の目に結合して目に少なくとも一つの表面波を生成する、ある距離からの音響波、非線形音響波、機械的波及び非線形機械的波のうちの少なくとも一つを生み出すための、少なくとも一つの供給源、
‐ 当該圧力測定装置のデータ収集をトリガするための手段、
‐ 表面波情報を抽出するために、目から、ある距離から、少なくとも一つの表面波を検出するための手段、及び
‐ 前記表面波情報に基づいて目の圧力情報を決定するための手段、
を有する、眼内圧測定装置。 - 当該装置は、目の方への非線形波生成のための手段を有する、請求項1に記載の眼内圧測定装置。
- 当該装置は、目からの線形波ピックアップのための手段を有する、請求項1に記載の眼内圧測定装置。
- 当該装置は、非線形波を成形するための手段を有する、請求項1に記載の眼内圧測定装置。
- 当該装置は、低出力広幅ビーム測定のための手段を有する、請求項1に記載の眼内圧測定装置。
- 当該装置は、角膜曲率情報を取得するための手段を有する、請求項1に記載の眼内圧測定装置。
- 当該装置は、角膜厚情報を取得するための手段を有する、請求項1に記載の眼内圧測定装置。
- 当該装置は、当該測定装置の場所及び向き並びに角膜の曲率を決定するための手段を有する、請求項1に記載の眼内圧測定装置。
- 患者の目の圧力を測定するための眼内圧測定方法であって、当該方法において:
‐ 音響反射率、光学反射率、光路差、目に対する眼内圧測定装置の位置、目に対する眼内圧測定装置の向き、角膜の形状及び角膜厚のうちの少なくとも一つが検出され、
‐ 患者の目に結合して目に少なくとも一つの表面波を生成する、ある距離からの音響波、非線形音響波、機械的波及び非線形機械的波のうちの少なくとも一つが生み出され、
‐ 当該圧力測定装置のデータ収集がトリガされ、
‐ 表面波情報を抽出するために、目から、ある距離から、少なくとも一つの表面波が検出され、かつ
‐ 前記表面波情報に基づいて目の圧力情報が決定される、
眼内圧測定方法。 - 当該方法において、目のほうに非線形波が生成される、請求項9に記載の眼内圧測定方法。
- 当該方法において、目からの線形波ピックアップが実行される、請求項9に記載の眼内圧測定方法。
- 当該方法において、非線形波が成形される、請求項9に記載の眼内圧測定方法。
- 当該方法において、低出力広幅ビーム測定が測定される、請求項9に記載の眼内圧測定方法。
- 当該方法において、角膜曲率情報が取得される、請求項9に記載の眼内圧測定方法。
- 当該方法において、角膜厚情報が取得される、請求項9に記載の眼内圧測定方法。
- 当該方法において、当該測定装置の場所及び向きが決定され、かつ角膜の曲率が決定される、請求項9に記載の眼内圧測定方法。
