Claims (12)
- 流体システム(1)内の電磁弁(10)を制御するための方法であって、前記電磁弁(10)を非作動状態から切換状態に切換える、所定の第1の振幅(ASH,AST)を有する切換電流(I1SH,I2SH,I1ST,I2ST)を、所定の第1の時間長さ(TH,TT)だけ印加し、この場合、前記所定の第1の時間長さ(TH,TT)の経過後に、前記電磁弁(10)を切換状態で保持する、所定の第2の振幅(AHH,AHT)を有する保持電流(I1HH,I2HH,I1HT,I2HT)を印加し、この場合、前記切換電流(I1SH,I2SH,I1ST,I2ST)の前記第1の振幅(ASH,AST)が前記保持電流(I1HH,I2HH,I1HT,I2HT)の前記第2の振幅(AHH,AHT)よりも大きい方法において、
前記切換電流(I1SH,I2SH,I1ST,I2ST)の前記第1の振幅(ASH,AST)および前記保持電流(I1HH,I2HH,I1HT,I2HT)の前記第2の振幅(AHH,AHT)を、少なくとも1つの温度情報に依存してプリセットすることを特徴とする、流体システム(1)内の電磁弁(10)を制御するための方法。 - 前記切換電流(I1SH,I2SH,I1ST,I2ST)の前記第1の時間長さ(TH,TT)を、少なくとも1つの温度情報に依存してプリセットすることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記温度情報が、前記流体システム(1)内の流体温度に関する情報および/または周囲温度に関する情報および/または駆動装置温度に関する情報および/または構成部材温度に関する情報を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記切換電流(I1SH,I2SH,I1ST,I2ST)の前記第1の振幅(ASH,AST)および前記保持電流(I1HH,I2HH,I1HT,I2HT)の前記第2の振幅(AHH,AHT)を、低い温度において、それぞれ高い温度におけるよりも大きい値にプリセットすることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記切換電流(I1SH,I2SH,I1ST,I2ST)の前記第1の時間長さ(TH,TT)を、低い温度において、高い温度におけるよりも長くプリセットすることを特徴とする、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記切換電流(I1SH,I1ST)を初期値から第1の振幅(ASH,AST)に飛躍的に高めることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記切換電流(I2SH,I2ST)を初期値から第1の振幅(ASH,AST)に段階的に高めることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 流体システム(1)であって、少なくとも1つの電磁弁(10)と評価および制御ユニット(20)とを有しており、該評価および制御ユニット(20)は、前記電磁弁(10)を非作動状態から切換状態に切換える、所定の第1の振幅(ASH,AST)を有する切換電流(I1SH,I2SH,I1ST,I2ST)を、所定の第1の時間長さ(TH,TT)だけ前記電磁弁(10)に印加し、この場合、前記評価および制御ユニット(20)は、前記所定の第1の時間長さ(TH,TT)の経過後に、前記電磁弁(10)を切換状態で保持する、所定の第2の振幅(AHH,AHT)を有する保持電流(I1HH,I2HH,I1HT,I2HT)を前記電磁弁(10)に印加し、この場合、前記切換電流(I1SH,I2SH,I1ST,I2ST)の前記第1の振幅(ASH,AST)が前記保持電流(I1HH,I2HH,I1HT,I2HT)の前記第2の振幅(AHH,AHT)よりも大きい形式のものにおいて、
前記評価および制御ユニット(20)が、前記切換電流(I1SH,I2SH,I1ST,I2ST)の前記第1の振幅(ASH,AST)および前記保持電流(I1HH,I2HH,I1HT,I2HT)の前記第2の振幅(AHH,AHT)を、少なくとも1つの温度情報に依存してプリセットすることを特徴とする、流体システム(1)。 - 前記評価および制御ユニット(20)が、前記切換電流(I1SH,I2SH,I1ST,I2ST)の前記第1の時間長さ(TH,TT)を、少なくとも1つの温度情報に依存してプリセットすることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の流体システム。
- 少なくとも1つの温度センサ(22)が、前記流体システム(1)内の流体温度に関する情報および/または周囲温度に関する情報および/または駆動装置温度に関する情報および/または構成部材温度に関する情報を含む少なくとも1つの温度情報を提供することを特徴とする、請求項8または9記載の流体システム。
- 請求項1から7の少なくともいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するように設計されたコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項11に記載したコンピュータプログラムが記憶されている、機械読み取り可能な記憶媒体。
