Claims (10)
- 流体を調量するための弁(1)、特に内燃機関の燃料噴射弁であって、電磁アクチュエータ(2)と、当該アクチュエータ(2)のアーマチャ(4)によって操作可能な弁ニードル(7)であって、弁座面(9)と協働してシール座を成す弁閉鎖体(8)を操作するために役立つ前記弁ニードル(7)と、を備え、前記アーマチャ(4)は、少なくとも1つの貫流チャネル(26A〜26F)を有する、前記弁(1)において、
前記少なくとも1つの貫流チャネル(26A〜26F)は、少なくとも1つの連通口(36A〜36F)で、前記アーマチャ(4)の端面(17)に連通しており、前記アーマチャ(4)は、前記弁ニードル(7)に可動的に通されており、前記弁ニードル(7)に固定的に配置されたストッパ要素(15)が設けられ、前記ストッパ要素(15)は、前記アーマチャ(4)の端面(17)が前記ストッパ要素(15)に当接している場合には前記少なくとも1つの貫流チャネル(26A〜26F)について流量調整が行われるように、前記少なくとも1つの貫流チャネル(26A〜26F)の前記少なくとも1つの連通口(36A〜36F)と協働することを特徴とする、弁(1)。 - 各前記貫流チャネル(26A〜26F)には、少なくとも近似的に円形状又はじん臓形状の貫流横断面を備えて形成され、及び/又は、各前記連通口(36A〜36F)は、少なくとも近似的に、円形状又はじん臓形状の連通口(36A〜36F)として形成され、及び/又は、複数の貫流チャネル(26A〜26F)が設けられ、前記複数の貫流チャネル(26A〜26F)の前記連通口(36A〜36F)は、円周上に均等に分散しており、及び/又は、前記弁ニードル(7)の長手方向軸線(10)に対して同一の径方向の間隔を取って前記アーマチャ(4)の前記端面(17)に配置されており、及び/又は、前記アーマチャ(4)は、液体状の流体によってぐるりと取り囲まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記ストッパ要素(15)には、スリット部(37A〜37J)が形成され、前記スリット部(37A〜37J)は、前記アーマチャ(4)の端面(17)が前記ストッパ要素(15)に当接している場合には前記少なくとも1つの貫流チャネル(26A〜26F)について流量調整された貫流を可能とするように、形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の弁。
- 前記スリット部(37A〜37J)は、前記弁ニードル(7)の長手方向軸線(10)に対して径方向に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の弁。
- 前記ストッパ要素(15)には、貫通口(45A〜45J)が形成され、前記貫通口(45A〜45J)は、前記アーマチャ(4)の端面(17)が前記ストッパ要素(15)に当接している場合には前記少なくとも1つの貫流チャネル(26A〜26F)について流量調整された貫流を可能とするように、形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記ストッパ要素(15)の前記貫通口(45A〜45J)は、少なくとも部分的に孔(45A〜45J)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の弁。
- 前記スリット部(37A〜37J)又は前記貫通孔(45A〜45J)は、円周上に均等に分散して前記ストッパ要素(15)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜63又は4、5又は6のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記ストッパ要素(15)は、前記アーマチャ(4)の前記端面(17)とは反対の側の外面(40)を有し、前記外面(40)は、少なくとも部分的に円錐状に成形され、前記スリット部(37A〜37J)又は前記貫通孔(45A〜45J)は、円錐状成形部(40)の領域に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜73又は4、5又は6のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記ストッパ要素(15)は、前記アーマチャ(4)の前記端面(17)寄りのストッパ面(16)を有し、前記ストッパ面(16)は、少なくとも部分的に円錐状に成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記ストッパ要素(15)は、開放方向(24)とは逆に起きる前記アーマチャ(4)の移動を制限することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
