Claims (6)
- キーキャップ、ケース、弾性体、弾性接触体、バランサーフレーム、及びプリント配線基板上に設置されるベース体からなる薄形キーボードスイッチであって、
前記ベース体の中央には、弾性接触体にフィットするベース溝が開設され、
前記ベース溝内の底部には、プリント配線基板に電気的に接続される弾性接触体が配置され、
前記弾性接触体上には、ベース溝内に位置する弾性体が配置され、
前記バランサーフレームは、ベース体の外側に取り付けられ、ベース体とケースとの間に位置し、
前記ケースとベース体とは係止されて設置され、
前記弾性体は、ケースから突出してキーキャップに連結され、
前記キーキャップは、バランサーフレームに取り付けられることを特徴とする薄形キーボードスイッチ。 - 前記ベース体の4つの角には、4つの内凹溝が開設され、
前記ベース体の両側には、2つの第2係止爪が対称に設置され、
前記ベース体の4つの角には、内凹溝に対応する第2係止溝が更に設けられ、
4つの前記第2係止溝は、ベース体の両側辺に均一に位置し、
前記第2係止爪及び前記第2係止溝は、ベース体の隣り合う両側辺に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄形キーボードスイッチ。 - 前記バランサーフレームは、第1バランサー枠及び第2バランサー枠を含み、
前記第2バランサー枠は、第1バランサー枠と交差して第1バランサー枠に可動に連結され、
前記第1バランサー枠の外壁及び第2バランサー枠の外壁のそれぞれには、2つの外回転軸が対称に設けられ、
前記第1バランサー枠の内壁の端部及び第2バランサー枠の内壁の端部のそれぞれには、2つの内回転軸が対称に設けられ、
前記内回転軸は、ベース体の内凹溝内に可動に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄形キーボードスイッチ。 - 前記弾性体は、絶縁の弾性柱及び弾性台からなり、
前記弾性柱の先端は、ケースを貫通してキーキャップに連結され、
前記弾性台は、弾性接触体に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄形キーボードスイッチ。 - 前記ケースの中央には、弾性体にフィットする弾性穴が開設され、
前記ケースの4つの角のそれぞれには、第2係止溝にフィットする第1係止爪が設けられ、
前記ケースの側辺には、第2係止爪にフィットする第1係止溝が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄形キーボードスイッチ。 - 前記キーキャップの内部の側壁には、外回転軸に対応する4つの回転軸台が固着され、
前記回転軸台には、外回転軸にフィットする回転溝が開設され、
第1バランサー枠及び第2バランサー枠の外回転軸は、回転溝内に可動に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄形キーボードスイッチ。
