Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种薄形键盘开关,由键帽、外壳、弹性体、弹性接触体、平衡架以及设置在PCB板上的座体组成,座体的中心开设有与弹性接触体吻合的座槽,座槽内的底部放置有弹性接触体,弹性接触体上放置有位于座槽内的弹性体,平衡架安装在座体的外侧,且平衡架位于座体和外壳之间,外壳和座体之间紧扣设置,弹性体伸出外壳连接键帽,键帽安装在平衡架上。本实用新型通过将弹性体和弹性接触体设置在座体内,并将平衡架设置在座体外侧,同时将座体和平衡架均设置在键帽内,因此大大减小了键盘的厚度,实现键盘的超薄效果,使用效果好,同时改善键盘的美观。

本实用新型涉及电子产品领域,具体是一种薄形键盘开关。
背景技术
键盘是计算机中不可缺少的配件,在计算机的中发挥着至关重要的作用。随着科技的发展,键盘的功能和性能都有很大的改进,而且键盘的厚度也越来越薄。但是现有的键盘都是在PCB电路板上设置键盘按键,再通过外壳进行固定,使得键盘的厚度无法继续进行改进,因此键盘的厚度普遍比较厚,进而使得个人计算机的厚度无法再进一步减小。因此需要对现有的键盘结构继续进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种薄形键盘开关,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种薄形键盘开关,由键帽、外壳、弹性体、弹性接触体、平衡架以及设置在PCB板上的座体组成,所述座体的中心开设有与弹性接触体吻合的座槽,所述座槽内的底部放置有弹性接触体,且弹性接触体与PCB板电连接,所述弹性接触体上放置有位于座槽内的弹性体,所述平衡架安装在座体的外侧,且平衡架位于座体和外壳之间,所述外壳和座体之间紧扣设置,所述弹性体伸出外壳连接键帽,所述键帽安装在平衡架上。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述座体的四个拐角处开设有四个内凹槽,座体的两侧设置有对称的两个第二扣爪,所述座体的四个拐角处还设有与内凹槽对应的第二扣槽,且四个第二扣槽均匀位于座体的两个侧边上,第二扣爪和第二扣槽位于座体相邻的两个侧边上。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述平衡架包括第一平衡框和第二平衡框,所述第二平衡框交叉活动连接在第一平衡框上,所述第一平衡框和第二平衡框的外壁上均设有对称的两个外转轴,第一平衡框和第二平衡框的内壁末端均设有对称的两个内转轴,所述内转轴活动安装在座体上的内凹槽中。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述弹性体由绝缘的弹柱和弹座组成,弹柱顶端穿过外壳连接键帽,弹座与弹性接触体接触。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述外壳的中心开设有与弹性体吻合的弹孔,外壳的四个拐角均设有与第二扣槽吻合的第一扣爪,外壳的侧边上设有与第二扣爪吻合的第一扣槽。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述键帽的内部侧壁上固设有四个与外转轴对应的转轴座,所述转轴座上开设有与外转轴吻合的旋转槽,第一平衡框和第二平衡框上的外转轴活动安装在旋转槽内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型通过将弹性体和弹性接触体设置在座体内,并将平衡架设置在座体外侧,同时将座体和平衡架均设置在键帽内,因此大大减小了键盘的厚度,实现键盘的超薄效果,使用效果好,同时改善键盘的美观。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1~2,本实用新型实施例中,一种薄形键盘开关,由键帽7、外壳1、弹性体2、弹性接触体3、平衡架4以及设置在PCB板6上的座体5组成,座体5的中心开设有与弹性接触体3吻合的座槽54,座槽54内的底部放置有弹性接触体3,且弹性接触体3与PCB板6电连接,弹性接触体3上放置有位于座槽54内的弹性体2,平衡架4安装在座体5的外侧,且平衡架4位于座体5和外壳1之间,外壳1和座体5之间紧扣设置,弹性体2伸出外壳1连接键帽7,键帽7安装在平衡架4上。
座体5的四个拐角处开设有四个内凹槽53,座体5的两侧设置有对称的两个第二扣爪52,座体5的四个拐角处还设有与内凹槽53对应的第二扣槽51,且四个第二扣槽51均匀位于座体5的两个侧边上,第二扣爪52和第二扣槽51位于座体5相邻的两个侧边上。
平衡架4包括第一平衡框41和第二平衡框44,第二平衡框44交叉活动连接在第一平衡框41上,第一平衡框41和第二平衡框44的外壁上均设有对称的两个外转轴42,第一平衡框41和第二平衡框44的内壁末端均设有对称的两个内转轴43,内转轴43活动安装在座体5上的内凹槽53中。
外壳1的中心开设有与弹性体2吻合的弹孔11,外壳1的四个拐角均设有与第二扣槽51吻合的第一扣爪12,外壳1的侧边上设有与第二扣爪52吻合的第一扣槽13。
键帽7的内部侧壁上固设有四个与外转轴42对应的转轴座71,转轴座71上开设有与外转轴42吻合的旋转槽72,第一平衡框41和第二平衡框44上的外转轴42活动安装在旋转槽72内。
通过向下按压键帽7,使得弹性体2作用于弹性接触体3,迫使弹性接触体3与PCB板6上的电路进行连通,从而实现电路的导通;松开键帽7时,通过弹性体2的弹力恢复作用,弹性接触体3与PCB板6上的电路分离。
本实用新型通过将弹性体2和弹性接触体3设置在座体5内,并将平衡架4设置在座体5外侧,同时将座体5和平衡架4均设置在键帽7内,因此大大减小了键盘的厚度,实现键盘的超薄效果,使用效果好,同时改善键盘的美观。

Claims (6)

1.一种薄形键盘开关,由键帽、外壳、弹性体、弹性接触体、平衡架以及设置在PCB板上的座体组成,其特征在于,所述座体的中心开设有与弹性接触体吻合的座槽,所述座槽内的底部放置有弹性接触体,且弹性接触体与PCB板电连接,所述弹性接触体上放置有位于座槽内的弹性体,所述平衡架安装在座体的外侧,且平衡架位于座体和外壳之间,所述外壳和座体之间紧扣设置,所述弹性体伸出外壳连接键帽,所述键帽安装在平衡架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄形键盘开关,其特征在于,所述座体的四个拐角处开设有四个内凹槽,座体的两侧设置有对称的两个第二扣爪,所述座体的四个拐角处还设有与内凹槽对应的第二扣槽,且四个第二扣槽均匀位于座体的两个侧边上,第二扣爪和第二扣槽位于座体相邻的两个侧边上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的薄形键盘开关,其特征在于,所述平衡架包括第一平衡框和第二平衡框,所述第二平衡框交叉活动连接在第一平衡框上,所述第一平衡框和第二平衡框的外壁上均设有对称的两个外转轴,第一平衡框和第二平衡框的内壁末端均设有对称的两个内转轴,所述内转轴活动安装在座体上的内凹槽中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的薄形键盘开关,其特征在于,所述弹性体由绝缘的弹柱和弹座组成,弹柱顶端穿过外壳连接键帽,弹座与弹性接触体接触。
5.根据权利要求1所述的薄形键盘开关,其特征在于,所述外壳的中心开设有与弹性体(2)吻合的弹孔,外壳的四个拐角均设有与第二扣槽吻合的第一扣爪,外壳的侧边上设有与第二扣爪吻合的第一扣槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的薄形键盘开关,其特征在于,所述键帽的内部侧壁上固设有四个与外转轴对应的转轴座,所述转轴座上开设有与外转轴吻合的旋转槽,第一平衡框和第二平衡框上的外转轴活动安装在旋转槽内。
