Abstract

本发明公开了一种超薄机械键盘开关,包括一基座、及盖合于基座上的上盖,还包括分别设置于基座上的导芯组件、导通组件、X型支架与弹性件,所述基座上端由外至内依次开设有第一容置槽与第二容置槽,该X型支架位于第一容置槽中,该导通组件、导芯组件与弹性件位于第二容置槽中,该弹性件套设于导通组件下端,该导通组件位于导芯组件侧边。本发明在键盘开关整体厚度实现薄型化的情况下,增强了键盘开关的平衡性,保证导芯组件能正常顺畅的上下移动,提高其稳定性,同时增加按压手感,提升用户体验。

一种超薄机械键盘开关
技术领域
本发明涉及键盘开关,尤其涉及一种超薄机械键盘开关。
背景技术
电子设备的很多操作需要使用到键盘开关作为输入手段,键盘开关的好坏决定了输入设备的体验,这就需要键盘开关具有良好的手感和声感。现有采用金属片作为动触片的薄型键盘开关因为开关内部空间的限制,金属片的弹力相对不足,缺乏按压手感。生产厂家不断从金属片材料、形状等各个方面进行改进,以增加按压感受,但一直仅限于对按压触感的改进。同时,键盘开关在使用过程中,稳定性差,导致使用不顺畅,影响正常使用。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种超薄机械键盘开关,在键盘开关整体厚度实现薄型化的情况下,增强了键盘开关的平衡性,保证导芯组件能正常顺畅的上下移动,提高其稳定性,同时增加按压手感,外观设计一体性,提高密封性,增大发光面积,提升用户体验。
本发明为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种超薄机械键盘开关,包括一基座、及盖合于基座上的上盖,其特征在于,还包括分别设置于基座上的导芯组件、导通组件、X型支架与弹性件,所述基座上端由外至内依次开设有第一容置槽与第二容置槽,该X型支架位于第一容置槽中,该导通组件、导芯组件与弹性件位于第二容置槽中,该弹性件套设于导通组件下端,该导通组件位于导芯组件侧边。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导芯组件包括导芯主动件、及位于导芯主动件下端的导芯从动件,该导芯主动件上开设有一导芯主动件通槽,该导芯从动件上开设有一导芯从动件通槽,该弹性件上部插入导芯主动件通槽中,下部套设于导芯从动件外围。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述基座的第二容置槽内向下凹设有一插槽,且在该插槽内凸设有一导柱,该导柱由下至上依次插入导芯从动件通槽与导芯主动件通槽中。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述上盖的下端面设置有一插柱,该插柱下端向上开设有供导柱插入的导槽,该插柱下部具有用于插入导芯主动件通槽与弹性件内部的插入部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导芯主动件侧边设置有两个凸块。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述X型支架包括交叉设置的左平衡杆与右平衡杆,该左平衡杆的一端与右平衡杆的一端分别固定于第一容置槽内部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,还包括设置于基座上的LED指示灯。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导通组件包括静触片与动触片。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性件为弹簧。
本发明的有益效果为:通过增设X型支架,在键盘开关整体厚度实现薄型化的情况下,增强了键盘开关的平衡性,保证导芯组件能正常顺畅的上下移动,提高其稳定性,同时增加按压手感,提升用户体验。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达到预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式详细说明。
请参照图1与图2,本发明实施例提供一种超薄机械键盘开关,包括一基座1、及盖合于基座1上的上盖2,还包括分别设置于基座1上的导芯组件3、导通组件4、X型支架5与弹性件6,所述基座1上端由外至内依次开设有第一容置槽11与第二容置槽12,该X型支架5位于第一容置槽11中,该导通组件4、导芯组件3与弹性件6位于第二容置槽12中,该弹性件6套设于导通组件4下端,该导通组件4位于导芯组件3侧边。
所述导芯组件3包括导芯主动件31、及位于导芯主动件31下端的导芯从动件32,该导芯主动件31上开设有一导芯主动件通槽311,该导芯从动件32上开设有一导芯从动件通槽321,该弹性件6上部插入导芯主动件通槽311中,下部套设于导芯从动件32外围。所述导芯主动件31侧边设置有两个凸块312。
在所述基座1的第二容置槽12内向下凹设有一插槽121,且在该插槽121内凸设有一导柱122,该导柱121由下至上依次插入导芯从动件通槽321与导芯主动件通槽311中。
所述上盖2的下端面设置有一插柱21,该插柱21下端向上开设有供导柱122插入的导槽22,该插柱21下部具有用于插入导芯主动件通槽311与弹性件6内部的插入部211。
所述X型支架5包括交叉设置的左平衡杆51与右平衡杆52,该左平衡杆51的一端与右平衡杆52的一端分别固定于第一容置槽11内部。
所述导通组件4包括静触片41与动触片42。所述弹性件6为弹簧。
在本实施例中,键盘开关还包括设置于基座1上的LED指示灯7。
本发明的工作原理为:当上盖2被按压时,插柱21的插入部211进入导芯主动件通槽311中,同时对导芯主动件31与导芯从动件32施加向下的作用力,并压缩弹簧,同时使动触片42与静触片41接触,实现键盘开关的导通;释放对上盖2的按压,在弹簧的弹性恢复力作用下,导芯主动件31与导芯从动件32向上移动,回到初始位置,使动触片42离开静触片41,实现键盘开关的断开。
本发明的重点主要在于,通过增设X型支架,在键盘开关整体厚度实现薄型化的情况下,增强了键盘开关的平衡性,保证导芯组件能正常顺畅的上下移动,提高其稳定性,同时增加按压手感,提升用户体验。

1.一种超薄机械键盘开关,包括一基座、及盖合于基座上的上盖,其特征在于,还包括分别设置于基座上的导芯组件、导通组件、X型支架与弹性件,所述基座上端由外至内依次开设有第一容置槽与第二容置槽,该X型支架位于第一容置槽中,该导通组件、导芯组件与弹性件位于第二容置槽中,该弹性件套设于导芯组件下端,该导通组件位于导芯组件侧边;所述导芯组件包括导芯主动件、及位于导芯主动件下端的导芯从动件,该导芯主动件上开设有一导芯主动件通槽,该导芯从动件上开设有一导芯从动件通槽,该弹性件上部插入导芯主动件通槽中,下部套设于导芯从动件外围,所述导芯主动件侧边设置有两个凸块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超薄机械键盘开关,其特征在于,在所述基座的第二容置槽内向下凹设有一插槽,且在该插槽内凸设有一导柱,该导柱由下至上依次插入导芯从动件通槽与导芯主动件通槽中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的超薄机械键盘开关,其特征在于,所述上盖的下端面设置有一插柱,该插柱下端向上开设有供导柱插入的导槽,该插柱下部具有用于插入导芯主动件通槽与弹性件内部的插入部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超薄机械键盘开关,其特征在于,所述X型支架包括交叉设置的左平衡杆与右平衡杆,该左平衡杆的一端与右平衡杆的一端分别固定于第一容置槽内部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超薄机械键盘开关,其特征在于,还包括设置于基座上的LED指示灯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超薄机械键盘开关,其特征在于,所述导通组件包括静触片与动触片。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超薄机械键盘开关,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧。
