Description
携帯電話の中継塔や病院、警察署、軍事施設および他の設備は、無停電電源と時に称されるバックアップ電力系統を必要とする。この系は、嵐および地震と関連したものなどの停電中に使用される。これらのバックアップ電源は、典型的にはリチウムバッテリーの配列を利用する。リチウムバッテリーは、夜での使用のために太陽発電した電力を貯蔵するのにも使用される。リチウムバッテリー配列は、バッテリーシリンダーを隔てる薄い壁を備える単一のハニカム形状のプラスチックホルダーに収容される100個超の円柱形状のバッテリーを含むことができる。ホルダーの長さおよび幅は、IEC標準で特定されるが、ホルダーの深さは制限されていない。ホルダーの現在の設計は、上部と、中央スペーサと、底部である3つの部分から構成される。典型的な円筒状リチウムバッテリーの高さは65mmであり、各ホルダー部品の深さは、約20mmであり得る。この設計のホルダーは、1部分または2部分のホルダーより成形するのが容易であるが、組み立てるのがより困難であり、ひびなどの欠陥が組み立て中に生じ得る。したがって、組み立てプロセスを改善するバッテリーホルダーが望まれている。

Claims (19)
- 組成物の合計質量に対して、
ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)を15〜70質量%と、
ゴム変性ポリスチレンを15〜70質量%と、
有機リン酸エステルを含む難燃剤を10〜20質量%と、
ISO2555:1989に準拠して23℃で測定した23℃での動粘性率が20,000〜5,000,000cStであるポリジオルガノシロキサンを含む離型剤を0.2〜4質量%と、を含み、かつ
ポリオレフィンワックスを含まないことを特徴とする組成物。 - 前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)が、クロロホルム中25℃で測定した固有粘度が0.3〜0.5dL/gであるポリ(2,6−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンエーテル)である請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ゴム変性ポリスチレンが、その質量に対して、ポリスチレンを80〜96質量%と、ポリブタジエンを4〜20質量%とを含む請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)の質量%と前記ゴム変性ポリスチレンの質量%との合計が75〜89.6質量%である請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。

前記ゴム変性ポリスチレンが、その質量に対して、ポリスチレンを80〜96質量%と、ポリブタジエンを4〜20質量%とを含み、
前記有機リン酸エステルが、レゾルシノールビス(ジフェニルホスフェート)、ビスフェノールAビス(ジフェニルホスフェート)、またはそれらの組み合わせを含み、
前記ポリジオルガノシロキサンが、23℃での動粘性率が1,000,000〜5,000,000cStであるポリジメチルシロキサンであり、
前記組成物が、
前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)を47〜67質量%と、
前記ゴム変性ポリスチレンを20〜30質量%と、
前記有機リン酸エステルを8〜18質量%と、
前記ポリジオルガノシロキサンを0.3〜2質量%とを含む請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 組成物の合計質量に対して、
ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)を15〜70質量%と、
ゴム変性ポリスチレンを15〜70質量%と、
有機リン酸エステルを含む難燃剤を10〜20質量%と、
23℃での動粘性率が20,000〜5,000,000cStであるポリジオルガノシロキサンを含む離型剤を0.2〜4質量%とを含む成分を溶融混合して、組成物を形成するステップを含み、
溶融混合する前のポリジオルガノシロキサンが、ポリスチレン、ゴム変性ポリスチレン、シリカ、またはそれらの組み合わせでのマスターバッチの形態であり、
前記マスターバッチが23℃、1気圧で固体であり、
前記組成物がポリオレフィンワックスを含まないことを特徴とする組成物の形成方法。 - 前記組成物が、
前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)と、前記ゴム変性ポリスチレンと、前記有機リン酸エステルとを含む連続相と、
前記ポリジオルガノシロキサンを含む分散相と、を含み、
前記分散相が150〜500nmのドメイン長さを特徴とする分散相ドメインを含む請求項12に記載の組成物の形成方法。 - 前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)が、クロロホルム中25℃で測定した固有粘度が0.34〜0.46dL/gであるポリ(2,6−ジメチル−1,4−フェニレンエーテル)であり、
前記ゴム変性ポリスチレンが、その質量に対して、ポリスチレンを80〜96質量%と、ポリブタジエンを4〜20質量%とを含み、
前記有機リン酸エステルが、レゾルシノールビス(ジフェニルホスフェート)、ビスフェノールAビス(ジフェニルホスフェート)、またはそれらの組み合わせを含み、
前記ポリジオルガノシロキサンが、23℃での動粘性率が1,000,000〜5,000,000cStであるポリジメチルシロキサンであり、
溶融混合する前のポリジオルガノシロキサンがゴム変性ポリスチレンでのマスターバッチの形態であり、
前記組成物が、
前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)を47〜67質量%と、
前記ゴム変性ポリスチレンを20〜30質量%と、
前記有機リン酸エステルを8〜18質量%と、
前記ポリジオルガノシロキサンを0.3〜2質量%とを含む請求項12または13に記載の組成物の形成方法。 - 組成物の合計質量に対して、
ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)を15〜70質量%と、
ゴム変性ポリスチレンを15〜70質量%と、
有機リン酸エステルを含む難燃剤を10〜20質量%と、
23℃での動粘性率が20,000〜5,000,000cStであるポリジオルガノシロキサンを含む離型剤を0.2〜4質量%とを含む組成物を含み、
前記組成物がポリオレフィンワックスを含まないことを特徴とする物品。 - 前記組成物が、
前記ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)と、前記ゴム変性ポリスチレンと、前記有機リン酸エステルとを含む連続相と、
前記ポリジオルガノシロキサンを含む分散相と、を含み、
