Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの液状のプラスチック成分用の供給源(37)と調量装置(38)とを備えた装置(36)であって、前記供給源(37)は、前記少なくとも1つの液状のプラスチック成分を前記調量装置(38)のために断続的に準備する、装置(36)において、前記少なくとも1つの液状のプラスチック成分用の前記供給源(37)と、前記調量装置(38)との間に、入口開口(41)を介して前記供給源(37)に接続されかつ出口開口(42)を介して前記調量装置(38)に接続された、可変の緩衝容積室(40)を備えた緩衝装置(39)が、配置されていることを特徴とする、装置(36)。
- 前記緩衝装置(39)と前記調量装置(38)との間において前記液状のプラスチック成分内における圧力が、前記緩衝装置(39)によって、好ましくは一定の値に制御可能である、請求項1記載の装置(36)。
- 前記調量装置(38)の出口側に、制御装置(47)に接続された圧力センサ(46)が配置されており、前記制御装置(47)は、前記調量装置(38)の入口側における圧力が、前記調量装置(38)の出口側における圧力に追従するように、制御ライン(48)を介して前記緩衝装置(39)を駆動制御する、請求項1および2の少なくともいずれか1項記載の装置(36)。
- 前記緩衝装置(39)の前記供給源(37)は、気体を加えられた液状のプラスチック成分を供給または準備する、請求項1から3までの少なくともいずれか1項記載の装置(36)。
- 前記入口開口(41)または前記出口開口(42)は、前記緩衝装置(39)のハウジング(43)の壁に形成されている、請求項1から4までの少なくともいずれか1項記載の装置(36)。
- 前記入口開口(41)または前記出口開口(42)は、前記緩衝装置(39)の、ピストン(45)に接続されたピストンロッド(44)に形成されている、請求項1から5までの少なくともいずれか1項記載の装置(36)。
- 緩衝装置(39)は、該緩衝装置(39)に圧力供給する、制御装置(47,50)によって駆動制御可能な装置(49)に接続されており、該装置(49)は、有利には空気力式に形成されている、請求項1から6までの少なくともいずれか1項記載の装置(36)。
- 前記装置(36)は、物理的に発泡されたプラスチック部材を製造するために形成されている、請求項1から7までの少なくともいずれか1項記載の装置(36)。
- 前記緩衝装置(39)は、ハウジング(43)内において移動可能なピストン(45)を有しており、有利には、前記ハウジング(43)内における、少なくとも選択された複数の位置を測定する距離センサが設けられている、請求項1から8までの少なくともいずれか1項記載の装置(36)。
- 前記入口開口(41)の上流側に入口弁(51)が配置されていて、前記出口開口(42)の下流側に出口弁(52)が配置されており、前記入口弁(51)および前記出口弁(52)は、制御装置によって駆動制御可能である、請求項1から9までの少なくともいずれか1項記載の装置(36)。
- 前記制御装置は、前記入口弁(51)および前記出口弁(52)を閉鎖するために、かつ前記緩衝容積室(40)内における前記液状のプラスチック成分を圧縮させるために形成されており、かつ前記緩衝容積室(40)の不規則な縮小もしくは圧縮を検知可能なセンサが設けられている、請求項10記載の装置(36)。
- 請求項1から11までの少なくともいずれか1項記載の装置(36)を備えた、発泡されたプラスチック部材、特にシーリングビードを製造する装置(100)。
