Claims (10)
- 空気清浄装置及び体温検知装置(50)を含み、空気清浄装置は、ヒートポンプ装置(1)、集水装置(2)、制御装置(3)及びケーシング(4)を含み、
ヒートポンプ装置(1)は、コンプレッサ(5)、蒸発器(6)、第1放熱器(7)、第2放熱器(8)、電磁弁(9)、逆止弁(10)、膨張弁(11)及びファン(12)を含み、前記蒸発器(6)、第1放熱器(7)及び第2放熱器(8)の表面にはナノ二酸化チタン被膜がコーティングされており、コンプレッサ(5)の冷媒出力継手(13)は第1放熱器(7)及び電磁弁(9)に接続され、第1放熱器(7)は膨張弁(11)に接続され、膨張弁(11)は蒸発器(6)に接続され、蒸発器(6)はコンプレッサ(5)に接続され、電磁弁(9)は第2放熱器(8)に接続され、第2放熱器(8)は逆止弁(10)に接続され、逆止弁(10)は膨張弁(11)に接続され、
集水装置(2)は集水槽(14)を含み、集水槽(14)には、凹溝(16)、ボス(17)及びドレンパイプ(15)が設けられ、ドレンパイプ(15)の一端は清浄装置の外側に接続され、他端は凹溝(16)に接続され、ボス(17)の内部は中空であって紫外線ランプ(21)が設けられ、ボス(17)には通気孔(18)が設けられ、
ケーシング(4)には排気口(19)及び吸気口(20)が設けられ、ファン(12)、蒸発器(6)、第1放熱器(7)及び第2放熱器(8)は排気口(19)と吸気口(20)の間に設けられ、通気孔(18)は排気口(19)及び吸気口(20)と連通しており、集水槽(14)は蒸発器(6)と第1放熱器(7)の間に位置し、第2放熱器(8)はファン(12)と蒸発器(6)の間に位置し、
前記体温検知装置(50)の温度検知データは制御装置(3)に伝送され、制御装置(3)は制御線を介してコンプレッサ(5)及びファン(12)に接続されることを特徴とする空気清浄システム。 - 前記集水槽(14)は複数層設けられ、最下層以外の集水槽(14)の凹溝(16)の底には排水孔(22)が設けられ、集水槽(14)同士はスペースを隔てており、集水槽(14)には層ごとに複数の凹溝(16)と複数のボス(17)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気清浄システム。
- 前記制御装置(3)には湿度センサ(24)と制御パネル(25)が設けられ、制御パネル(25)には、自動制御スイッチ(26)、冷気出力スイッチ(27)及び停止スイッチ(35)が設けられ、湿度センサ(24)は吸気口(20)に装着され、センサ線を介して湿度センサ(24)と制御装置(3)が接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気清浄システム。
- 前記集水槽(14)には層ごとに複数の凹溝(16)が設けられ、上層の集水槽(14)の排水孔(22)が下層の集水槽(14)の凹溝(16)に対応していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気清浄システム。
- 前記体温検知装置(50)は単独で配置可能なユニットであり、人体赤外線体温検知器(51)を含み、人体赤外線体温検知器(51)は接続ロッド(52)を介してベース(53)に接続され、ベース(53)はケーシング(4)の上端面(28)に接続され、前記人体赤外線体温検知器(51)にはwifiモジュールが内蔵されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気清浄システム。
- 前記排気口(19)は複数設けられるとともに、ケーシング(4)の上端面(28)に設置され、吸気口(20)は複数設けられるとともに、ケーシング(4)の周壁(29)に設置され、
ファン(12)は排気口(19)の下方に位置し、第2放熱器(8)はファン(12)の下方に位置し、蒸発器(6)は第2放熱器(8)の下方に位置し、集水槽(14)は蒸発器(6)の下方に位置し、第1放熱器(7)は、集水槽(14)の下方に位置するとともに吸気口(20)の上方に位置し、
ファン(12)のベース、第2放熱器(8)、蒸発器(6)、集水槽(14)及び第1放熱器(7)は、ケーシング(4)に固定接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気清浄システム。 - 前記集水槽(14)はアルミニウム合金板からなり、
集水槽(14)の表面にはナノ二酸化チタン被膜がコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気清浄システム。 - 前記ヒートポンプ装置(1)は、貯蔵装置(30)及び気液分離装置(31)を含み、
膨張弁(11)は貯蔵装置(30)に接続され、貯蔵装置(30)は第1放熱器(7)及び第2放熱器(8)に接続され、
コンプレッサ(5)は気液分離装置(31)に接続され、気液分離装置(31)は蒸発器(6)に接続され、
ケーシング(4)には制御室(32)が設けられ、コンプレッサ(5)、気液分離装置(31)、貯蔵装置(30)及び膨張弁(11)が制御室(32)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気清浄システム。 - 前記制御室(32)は吸気口(20)の下方に位置し、制御室(32)には、制御室(32)と吸気口(20)を隔てる仕切り板(33)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の空気清浄システム。
- ケーシング(4)の外側には水受タンクが設けられ、ケーシング(4)にはフックが設けられ、水受タンクはフックに掛止され、前記水受タンクはドレンパイプ(15)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気清浄システム。
