技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置,特别涉及一种具有除湿功能的空气净化装置。
背景技术
目前,因为室外空气污染的问题,导致人们开窗换气的时间越来越少,导致室内有害细菌滋生、室内空气不流通以及室内潮湿等问题,直接危害到人们的身体健康和生活质量。现有的空气净化装置没有除湿的功能,要么具有除湿的功能,但是除湿效果不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有除湿功能的空气净化装置,用于可以达到空气除湿净化的目的。
本发明的所采取的技术方案是:具有除湿功能的空气净化装置,包括有热泵装置、集水装置、控制器以及外壳;热泵装置包括有压缩机、蒸发器、散热器、膨胀阀以及风机,蒸发器、散热器以及集水槽表面均涂有纳米二氧化钛涂层,压缩机的冷媒输出接头与散热器连接,散热器与膨胀阀连接,膨胀阀连接与蒸发器连接,蒸发器与压缩机连接;集水装置包括有集水槽,集水槽设有凹槽、凸台以及引流管,引流管一端连接至净化装置外侧另一端与凹槽,凸台内部中空,设置有紫外线灯管,凸台设有透气孔;外壳设有排气口以及进气口,风机、蒸发器以及散热器设于排气口与进气口之间,透气孔与排气口以及进气口连通,集水槽位于蒸发器与散热器之间;控制器通过控制线与压缩机以及风机连接;集水槽设有多层,最下面一层集水槽的凹槽的槽底设有引流管,引流管与设置于外壳外侧的接水箱连通;非最下面一层的集水槽的凹槽的槽底设有排水孔,集水槽之间留有空间,每层集水槽设有多个凹槽以及多个凸台,上层集水槽的排水孔对应下层集水槽的凹槽。
具有除湿功能的空气净化装置的工作原理是:纳米二氧化钛具有十分宝贵的光学性质,纳米二氧化钛还具有很高的化学稳定性、热稳定性、无毒性、超亲水性、非迁移性,且完全可以与食品接触,在紫外线的作用下使纳米二氧化钛激活并生成具有高催化活性的游离基,能产生很强的光氧化及还原能力,可催化、光解各种甲醛等有机物及部分无机物,能够起到净化室内空气的功能,在空气通过净化器的过程中,对经过的空气进行净化;工作时,将此装置置于需要净化的室内,利用控制器控制压缩机以及风机运行,空气由外壳的进气口抽入,先经过散热器以及集水槽蒸发吸收水分,再经过蒸发器冷凝除湿,被吸收水分以及冷凝除湿后的到空气由排气口排出;集水槽以及蒸发器吸收的水被收集到接水箱内,从而到达提高除湿效率的目的;蒸发器滴下到集水槽冷凝水,由最上一层集水槽其凹槽的排水孔以及透气孔流入下一层的集水槽,最后流到最后一层的集水槽,利用冷凝水将各层的集水槽降温,增加集水槽与被散热器升温的潮湿空气的温差,利用被冷凝水降温的各层集水槽与升温的潮湿空气接触,使升温的水蒸汽冷凝成水珠,提高除湿的效率;由蒸发器滴下到下面集水槽的冷凝水,由最后一层集水槽上面各层集水槽的排水孔流到最后一层的集水槽中,被散热器加热的湿空气经过各层集水槽的排水孔时,被流经排水孔冷凝水吸收变成水,并排到接水箱中,进一步提高除湿的效率。
本发明的有益效果是:具有除湿功能的空气净化装置,装置开启后,装置内的紫外线灯管开启,涂与散热器、蒸发器及集水槽表面的纳米二氧化钛起到催化作用,能达到去除空气中的甲醛,灭杀多种有害细菌的效果,在净化的过程中,装置内设有热泵装置以及集水装置,利用散热器以及集水槽进行第一次除湿,再利用蒸发器进行第二次除湿,利用蒸发器的冷凝水将集水槽降温,以及利用蒸发器的冷凝水吸收蒸汽,把蒸汽变成水排到接水箱。

下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明进行进一步的说明:
图1所示的具有除湿功能的空气净化装置的结构示意图:具有除湿功能的空气净化装置,包括有热泵装置1、集水装置2、控制器3以及外壳4;热泵装置1包括有压缩机5、蒸发器6、散热器7、膨胀阀8以及风机9,蒸发器6、散热器7与集水槽11表面涂有纳米二氧化钛涂层,压缩机5的冷媒输出接头10与散热器7连接,散热器7与膨胀阀8连接,膨胀阀8连接与蒸发器6连接,蒸发器6与压缩机5连接;集水装置2包括有集水槽11,集水槽11设有凹槽13、凸台14以及引流管18,引流管18一端连接至净化装置外侧另一端与凹槽13连接,凸台14内部中空,设置有紫外线灯管12,凸台14顶部设有透气孔15;外壳4设有排气口16以及进气口17,风机9、蒸发器6以及散热器7设于排气口16与进气口17之间,透气孔15与排气口16以及进气口17连通,集水槽11位于蒸发器6与散热器7之间;控制器3通过控制线与压缩机5以及风机9连接。为了实施利用集水槽11吸收蒸汽的水分,集水槽11设有多层;非最下面一层的集水槽11的凹槽13的槽底设有排水孔20,集水槽11之间留有空间,每层集水槽11设有多个凹槽13以及多个凸台14,上层集水槽11的排水孔20与下层集水槽11的凹槽13对应。
具有除湿功能的空气净化装置工作原理是:工作时,将装置置于需要净化的室内,紫外线灯管12开启,涂与散热器、蒸发器及集水槽表面的纳米二氧化钛起到催化作用,去除空气中的甲醛等有害物质,灭杀多种有害细菌,利用控制器3控制压缩机5以及风机9运行,潮湿的空气由外壳4的进气口17抽入,先经过散热器7以及集水槽11蒸发吸收水分,再经过蒸发器6冷凝除湿,被吸收水分以及冷凝除湿后的到空气由排气口16排出;集水槽11以及蒸发器6吸收的水被引流管18引流到外侧接水箱内,从而到达提高除湿效率的目的。
具有除湿功能的空气净化装置工作时,空气由进气口17进入后,经过散热器7加热成为水蒸气,水蒸气由最底下一层的集水槽11的透气孔15进入,蒸发流动到上一层集水槽11的下表面,在下表面冷凝成水珠,水珠流到下面一层集水槽11的凹槽13内,再由其凹槽13中的排水孔20流到最下面一层的集水槽11内,排水孔20与凹槽13对应的同时就会与透气孔15错开,滴下的水滴可以直接落入凹槽13内,另一方面对减慢进入装置空气的速度,加强净化效果与除湿效果,由最底下一层的集水槽11的凹槽13流到引流管18中,蒸发吸收潮湿空气的水分;经过第一次蒸发吸收后的潮湿空气,由最上面一层集水槽11的透气孔15排出到蒸发器6,被蒸发器6降温冷凝成水,对潮湿空气进行第二次除湿;冷凝水由蒸发器6滴下到下面的集水槽11,冷凝水经非最后一层各层的集水槽11的凹槽13的排水孔20流入最下一层集水槽11内,再由最下面一层集水槽11排到接水箱12内;潮湿的空气经过散热器7、集水槽11以及蒸发器6两次吸收水分后,由排气口16排出;利用蒸发器6吸收空气的热量转化到散热器7,利用散热器7蒸发潮湿空气,过程中纳米二氧化钛在紫外线的照射下发生催化作用,对空气中的有害物质进行净化,灭杀多种细菌,如此不断循环。
具有除湿功能的空气净化装置工作时,蒸发器6滴下到集水槽11冷凝水,由最上一层集水槽11其凹槽13的排水孔20以及透气孔15流入下一层的集水槽11,最后流到最后一层的集水槽11,利用冷凝水将各层的集水槽11降温,增加集水槽11与被散热器7升温的潮湿空气的温差,利用被冷凝水降温的各层集水槽11与升温的潮湿空气接触,使升温的水蒸汽冷凝成水珠,提高除湿的效率。
为了实施具有除湿功能的空气净化装置的自动控制,控制器3设有湿度传感器31以及控制面板21,控制面板21设有自动控制开关22以及停止开关23,湿度传感器31安装于进气口17,湿度传感器31通过传感线与控制器3连接。
具有除湿功能的空气净化装置自动控制时,按下自动控制开关22,控制器3进入自动控制工作状态,当室内的空气湿度达到设定的湿度上限值时,湿度传感器31将其湿度信号传输给控制器3,控制器3控制压缩机5以及风机9运行,利用散热器7、集水槽11以及蒸发器6除湿;随着室内的空气湿度不断降低,当室内空气的湿度降低设定的湿度下限值时,湿度传感器31将其湿度信号传输给控制器3,控制器3控制压缩机5以及风机9停止;设定的湿度上限值为70%至75%,设定的湿度的下限值为40%至45%。
为了使集水槽11即能集水,又能通风,每层的集水槽11的凹槽13设有多个;使由透气孔15出来的湿蒸汽直接喷在集水槽11的下表面上。排气口16设有多个,排气口16设于外壳4的上端面24,进气口17设有多个,进气口17设于外壳4的周壁25;风机9位于排气口16的下面,蒸发器6位于风机9下面,集水槽11位于蒸发器6下面,散热器7位于集水槽11下面,散热器7位于进气口17的上方;风机9的机座、蒸发器6、集水槽11以及散热器7与外壳4的固定连接。
具有除湿功能的空气净化装置工作时,被散热器7加热的潮湿空气被加热成为水蒸气,水蒸气由各层的集水槽11的多个透气孔15进入,被升温的水蒸气直接蒸发到各层的集水槽11的下表面,利用被冷凝水降温的各层集水槽11的下表面与水蒸气充分接触,使蒸汽冷凝为水;由蒸发器6滴下到下面集水槽11的冷凝水,由最后一层集水槽11上面各层集水槽11的排水孔20流到最后一层的集水槽11中,被散热器7加热的湿空气经过各层集水槽11的排水孔20时,被流经排水孔20冷凝水吸收变成水,并排到接水箱12中,进一步提高除湿的效率;风机9运行时,外壳4内空气的流向是由进气口17指向排气口16。
热泵装置1包括有储存器26以及气液分离器27;膨胀阀8与储存器26连接,储存器26与散热器7连接;压缩机5与气液分离器27连接,气液分离器27与蒸发器6连接;外壳4设有控制室28,压缩机5、气液分离器26、储存器25以及膨胀阀8设于控制室28内;控制室28位于进气口17的下方,控制室28设有隔板29,将控制室28与进气口17隔开;接水箱设于外壳4外面,外壳4设有挂钩,接水箱挂在挂钩上,以方便清理收集的水。

1.一种具有除湿功能的空气净化装置,其特征在于:包括有热泵装置(1)、集水装置(2)、控制器(3)以及外壳(4);热泵装置(1)包括有压缩机(5)、蒸发器(6)、散热器(7)、膨胀阀(8)以及风机(9),所述蒸发器(6)与散热器(7)表面涂有纳米二氧化钛涂层,压缩机(5)的冷媒输出接头(10)与散热器(7)连接,散热器(7)与膨胀阀(8)连接,膨胀阀(8)连接与蒸发器(6)连接,蒸发器(6)与压缩机(5)连接;集水装置(2)包括有集水槽(11),集水槽(11)设有凹槽(13)、凸台(14)以及引流管(18),引流管(18)一端连接至净化装置外侧另一端与凹槽(13),凸台(14)内部中空,设置有紫外线灯管(12),凸台(14)顶部设有透气孔(15);外壳(4)设有排气口(16)以及进气口(17),风机(9)、蒸发器(6)以及散热器(7)设于排气口(16)与进气口(17)之间,透气孔(15)与排气口(16)以及进气口(17)连通,集水槽(11)位于蒸发器(6)与散热器(7)之间;控制器(3)通过控制线与压缩机(5)以及风机(9)连接。
