Abstract

本发明公开了一种卫生间用空气净化除湿装置,其包括箱体以及安装于箱体内的控制器、风机、除湿装置、空气净化装置、湿度传感器和空气质量传感器;箱体底部设有主进风口和主出风口,所述空气净化装置包括铝基光触媒滤网和紫外线灯,所述除湿装置包括蒸发器、冷凝器和压缩机,铝基光触媒滤网、紫外线灯、蒸发器、冷凝器和风机依次设置于箱体的主进风口和主出风口之间,压缩机通过冷媒管道与蒸发器和冷凝器相连通,蒸发器下方设有一接水盘;所述湿度传感器和空气质量传感器设置于主进风口上方,所述控制器与紫外线灯、蒸发器、冷凝器、压缩机、风机、湿度传感器和空气质量传感器分别电连接。本发明能自动进行除湿和自动进行除臭杀菌。

Description

一种卫生间用空气净化除湿装置
技术领域
本发明涉及家居领域,特别是指一种卫生间用空气净化除湿装置。
背景技术
为了解决卫生间臭味气体问题,现在一般是在卫生间内喷空气清洁剂、放置除臭剂以及安装排气系统进行排气,但是喷空气清洁剂和放置除臭剂只能掩盖臭味,并不能消除臭味气体;而且由于卫生间空间较小,安装排气系统也并不完全排出臭味气体,因此在卫生间内喷空气清洁剂、放置除臭剂以及安装排气系统对消除臭味气体并没有实质性作用。另外由于卫生间环境较为潮湿,使得卫生间容易滋生细菌,人们一般采用消毒水和紫外线灯进行消毒杀菌处理,使用上较为不便并具有安全隐患。因此,有必要开发一种能自动进行除湿和自动进行除臭杀菌的卫生间用空气净化除湿装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种卫生间用空气净化除湿装置,其能自动进行除湿和自动进行除臭杀菌。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种卫生间用空气净化除湿装置,其包括箱体以及安装于箱体内的控制器、风机、除湿装置、空气净化装置、湿度传感器和空气质量传感器;其中所述箱体底部设有主进风口和主出风口,所述空气净化装置包括铝基光触媒滤网和紫外线灯,所述除湿装置包括蒸发器、冷凝器和压缩机;所述铝基光触媒滤网、紫外线灯、蒸发器、冷凝器和风机依次设置于箱体的主进风口和主出风口之间;所述压缩机通过冷媒管道与蒸发器和冷凝器相连通,蒸发器下方设有一接水盘;所述湿度传感器和空气质量传感器设置于主进风口上方,所述控制器与紫外线灯、蒸发器、冷凝器、压缩机、风机、湿度传感器和空气质量传感器分别电连接。
所述接水盘内安装有排水泵和液位传感器,所述排水泵和液位传感器与控制器电连接,排水泵的排水口穿出箱体。
所述风机的出风侧连接有一负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器的进气口与风机的出风侧相连通,负离子发生器的出气口与箱体的主出风口相连通,负离子发生器与控制器电连接。
所述箱体底部配合一安装有照明灯的固定板,所述固定板上开设有与箱体的主进风口相通的第一通风口和与主出风口相通的第二通风口。
所述照明灯为面板灯。
采用上述方案后,本发明具有以下特点:
1、本发明通过控制器、铝基光触媒滤网、紫外线灯、蒸发器、冷凝器、风机、湿度传感器和空气质量传感器能实现对卫生间内的空气自动除湿和自动除臭杀菌,从而改善卫生间的空气环境;
2、本发明的紫外线灯设置于铝基光触媒滤网和蒸发器之间,使得紫外线灯发出紫外线能与铝基光触媒滤网产生光催化反应以用于对空气进行除臭杀菌,也能使得紫外线灯发出紫外线可以对蒸发器进行照射而对蒸发器进行杀菌处理,从而防止经过蒸发器的空气被蒸发器上的细菌污染。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1至图3所示,本发明揭示了一种卫生间用空气净化除湿装置,其包括箱体1以及安装于箱体1内的控制器2、风机3、除湿装置4、空气净化装置5、湿度传感器6和空气质量传感器7。其中空气质量传感器7用于检测空气的有害气体含量,空气质量传感器7可采用SM300空气质量模组。
具体的,所述箱体1可由上盖11和下盖12上下拼接而成,所述箱体1底部设有主进风口121和主出风口122;所述空气净化装置5包括铝基光触媒滤网51和紫外线灯52,所述除湿装置4包括蒸发器41、冷凝器42和压缩机43,压缩机43通过冷媒管道44与蒸发器41和冷凝器42相连通;铝基光触媒滤网51、紫外线灯52、蒸发器41、冷凝器42、压缩机43和风机3依次设置于箱体1的主进风口121和主出风口122之间,从而使得风机3工作时,卫生间内的空气能从主进风口121进入箱体,然后依次经过铝基光触媒滤网51、紫外线灯52、蒸发器41、冷凝器42、压缩机43和风机3后从主出风口122排回卫生间内;并且所述紫外线灯52设置于铝基光触媒滤网51和蒸发器41之间,使得紫外线灯52发出紫外线能与铝基光触媒滤网51产生光催化反应以用于对空气进行除臭杀菌,也能使得紫外线灯52发出紫外线可以对蒸发器41进行照射而对蒸发器41进行杀菌处理,从而防止经过蒸发器41的空气被蒸发器41上的细菌污染;所述蒸发器41下方设有一接水盘45以用于承接蒸发器41上滴落的冷凝水,该接水盘45可形成于下盖12上;接水盘45内可安装有排水泵451和液位检测传感器452,排水泵451的出水口伸出箱体1外,这样通过排水泵451和液位检测传感器452能在接水盘45有水时将接水盘45内的水排出箱体1;所述湿度传感器6和空气质量传感器7设置于主进风口121上方以用于对卫生间内的空气湿度和空气质量进行检测,所述控制器2与紫外线灯52、蒸发器41、冷凝器42、压缩机43、风机3、湿度传感器6、空气质量传感器7、排水泵451和液位检测传感器452电连接,使得控制器2能控制紫外线灯52、蒸发器41、冷凝器42、压缩机43、风机3和排水泵451的工作状态,也能通过湿度传感器6和空气质量传感器7获取卫生间内的空气湿度信息和空气质量信息和通过液位检测传感器452来确认接水盘45中是否有水。其中所述蒸发器41和冷凝机42可一体设置,所述蒸发器41上临近主进风口121一侧连接与箱体1下盖相连的固定支架411,铝基光触媒滤网51、湿度传感器6和空气质量传感器7固定在固定支架411上。
为便于理解本发明,以下具体阐述一下本发明的工作原理:
当控制器2通过湿度传感器6检测到卫生间内的空气湿度超过一个阈值时,该阈值可以为60%,控制器2启动风机3、压缩机43、蒸发器41和冷凝器42,将卫生间内的空气通过主进风口121吸入到箱体1内,然后空气再经过铝基光触媒滤网51和蒸发器41,蒸发器41使得空气中含有的水汽冷凝而形成冷凝水,冷凝水在重力作用下滴入接水盘45中,接着空气再通过冷凝器42升温后由风机3从主出风口122吹回卫生间内,从而达到对卫生间内的空气进行除湿的效果,而且冷凝水滴入接水盘45后,控制器2通过液位检测传感器452感应到接水盘45中有水时,控制器2启动排水泵451而将接水盘45内的水排出;经过不断除湿后,控制器2通过湿度传感器6检测到空气湿度低于另一阈值时,该阈值可以为40%,控制器2控制风机3、压缩机43、蒸发器41和冷凝器42停止工作。这样本发明便可对卫生间内的空气自动进行除湿,从而防止卫生间内因为潮湿而细菌滋生。
当控制器2通过空气质量传感器7检测到卫生间内的空气污染严重时,控制器2启动风机3和空气净化装置5的紫外线灯52,将卫生间内的空气通过主进风口121吸入到箱体1内并经过铝基光触媒滤网51,而铝基光触媒滤网51被紫外线灯52照射后产生光催发反应而对经过铝基光触媒滤网51的空气进行除臭杀菌处理,经过除臭杀菌处理后的空气再由风机3从主出风口122吹回卫生间内,从而达到对卫生间内的空气进行除臭杀菌的效果;而当控制器2通过空气质量传感器7检测到空气洁净时,控制器便控制风机3和紫外线灯52停止工作。这样本发明便可对卫生间内的空气自动进行除臭杀菌,从而净化卫生间内的空气。
进一步,所述风机3的出风侧连接有一负离子发生器8,所述负离子发生器8的进气口与风机3的出风侧相连通,负离子发生器8的出气口与箱体1的主出风口122相连通,负离子发生器8与控制器2电连接,这样当控制器2通过空气质量传感器7检测到卫生间内的空气污染严重时,控制器2启动负离子发生器8,通过负离子发生器8可进一步提高卫生间内空气的质量。
进一步,所述箱体1底部配合一安装有照明灯93的固定板9,所述固定板9上设有与箱体1的主进风口121相通的第一通风口91和与主出风口122相通的第二通风口92,其中所述照明灯93可以为面板灯,固定板9可通过螺钉与箱体1的下盖12相连。

1.一种卫生间用空气净化除湿装置,其特征在于:包括箱体以及安装于箱体内的控制器、风机、除湿装置、空气净化装置、湿度传感器和空气质量传感器;其中所述箱体底部设有主进风口和主出风口,所述空气净化装置包括铝基光触媒滤网和紫外线灯,所述除湿装置包括蒸发器、冷凝器和压缩机;所述铝基光触媒滤网、紫外线灯、蒸发器、冷凝器和风机依次设置于箱体的主进风口和主出风口之间;所述压缩机通过冷媒管道与蒸发器和冷凝器相连通,蒸发器下方设有一接水盘;所述湿度传感器和空气质量传感器设置于主进风口上方,所述控制器与紫外线灯、蒸发器、冷凝器、压缩机、风机、湿度传感器和空气质量传感器分别电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种卫生间用空气净化除湿装置,其特征在于:所述接水盘内安装有排水泵和液位传感器,所述排水泵和液位传感器与控制器电连接,排水泵的排水口穿出箱体。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种卫生间用空气净化除湿装置,其特征在于:所述风机的出风侧连接有一负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器的进气口与风机的出风侧相连通,负离子发生器的出气口与箱体的主出风口相连通,负离子发生器与控制器电连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种卫生间用空气净化除湿装置,其特征在于:所述箱体底部配合一安装有照明灯的固定板,所述固定板上开设有与箱体的主进风口相通的第一通风口和与主出风口相通的第二通风口。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种卫生间用空气净化除湿装置,其特征在于:所述照明灯为面板灯。
