Claims (5)
- 缶の開口部に実装されるキャップ組立体であって、
トップキャップと、
前記トップキャップの下部に備えられる安全素子と、
前記安全素子の下部に備えられ、切開部が形成された安全ベントと、
前記安全ベントの下部に備えられるダウンキャップと、
前記トップキャップ、前記安全素子、前記安全ベント、及びダウンキャップの縁を囲み、前記缶の開口部に実装されるガスケットと、
前記安全ベントと前記ダウンキャップとの間に備えられ、前記缶の内部から伝達される高温のガスによって膨張しながら前記安全ベントを上昇させて前記切開部を切開させることで、前記高温のガスを外部に放出させる上昇誘導部と、を含むことを特徴とする、キャップ組立体。 - 前記安全ベントは、前記ガスケットに結合されるベント結合部と、前記上昇誘導部によって支持されるベント上昇部と、を含み、
前記切開部の切開時に、前記ベント結合部と前記上昇誘導部が分離されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のキャップ組立体。 - 前記上昇誘導部は、温度に応じて膨張した後原形に復元するように、形状記憶合金素材からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のキャップ組立体。
- 前記上昇誘導部は、前記安全ベントと前記ダウンキャップとの間に少なくとも2個以上備えられ、前記安全ベントに形成された切開部の少なくとも2ヶ所以上を切開させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のキャップ組立体。
- 前記上昇誘導部の両端部は、前記安全ベントと前記ダウンキャップにそれぞれ接着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のキャップ組立体。
