Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 眼科レーザ手術用装置であって、
可変パルス繰返し率を有する集束パルスレーザ放射を放出するように構成されたレーザアセンブリと、
ユーザインターフェースを通じて、複数の所定のパルス繰返し率からの1つの選択に関する少なくとも1つのユーザ入力を受け取り、かつ前記少なくとも1つの選択されたパルス繰返し率に従って前記レーザアセンブリを制御するように構成されたプロセッサベースの制御ユニットと
を含む装置。 - 前記ユーザインターフェースは、表示画面上に表示されたグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記グラフィカルユーザインターフェースは、少なくとも2つの所定のパルス繰返し率からの選択を可能にするようになされた少なくとも1つのドロップダウンメニューを含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、患者特有のデータに関連する前記少なくとも1つのユーザ入力を受け取り、かつ前記患者特有のデータに関連する選択された各パルス繰返し率を記憶媒体に記憶するように構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、2つのユーザ入力であって、それぞれ特定の患者に関連する複数の所定のパルス繰返し率からの1つの選択に関する、2つのユーザ入力を受け取り、および前記2つのユーザ入力のうちの一方の前記選択されたパルス繰返し率に従って、前記特定の患者に対して決定されたパルス放出シーケンスの第1の部分の放出を制御し、かつ前記2つのユーザ入力のうちの他方の前記選択されたパルス繰返し率に従って、前記パルス放出シーケンスの第2の部分の放出を制御するように構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記パルス放出シーケンスの連続した放出をもたらすように構成される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記2つのユーザ入力に対して同じ選択されたパルス繰返し率または異なる選択されたパルス繰返し率を受け取るように構成される、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、経上皮レーザ屈折矯正角膜切除術の実行のために前記2つのユーザ入力を受け取り、および前記2つのユーザ入力のうちの一方の前記選択されたパルス繰返し率を使用して上皮組織除去の段階を行い、かつ前記2つのユーザ入力のうちの他方の前記選択されたパルス繰返し率を使用して間質組織除去の段階を行うように構成される、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記放出されるレーザ放射は、前記レーザ放射による眼への照射時に眼組織の除去を生じさせる放射特性を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記放出されるレーザ放射は、300nm未満の放射波長を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記所定のパルス繰返し率は、3kHz未満または2kHz未満または1500Hz未満の範囲にある、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記所定のパルス繰返し率は、以下のパルス繰返し率:約210Hz、約262,5Hz、約525Hzおよび約1050Hzのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 経上皮レーザ屈折矯正角膜切除術を行う方法であって、
ユーザインターフェースを介して第1のユーザ入力および第2のユーザ入力を受け取ることであって、前記第1のユーザ入力および前記第2のユーザ入力の各々は、複数の所定のパルス繰返し率からの1つの選択に関する、受け取ることと、
前記第1のユーザ入力の前記選択されたパルス繰返し率を使用する上皮組織除去の段階中にレーザアセンブリからの放射パルスの放出を制御することと、
前記第2のユーザ入力の前記選択されたパルス繰返し率を使用する間質組織除去の段階中に前記レーザアセンブリからの放射パルスの放出を制御することと
を含む方法。
