Description
Claims (8)
- 眼科レーザ手術用装置であって、
可変パルス繰返し率を有する集束パルスレーザ放射を放出するように構成されたレーザアセンブリと、
プロセッサベースの制御ユニットと
を含む装置であって、
前記制御ユニットは、経上皮レーザ屈折矯正角膜切除術の実行のために少なくとも2つのユーザ入力を受け取るように構成されており、各ユーザ入力は、ユーザインターフェースを通じての、複数の所定のパルス繰返し率からの1つの選択に関するユーザ入力であり、第1の選択パルス繰返し率が上皮組織除去の段階のためのものであり、第2の選択パルス繰返し率が間質組織除去の段階のためのものであり、前記第1の選択パルス繰返し率は前記第2の選択パルス繰返し率より高く、前記ユーザ入力は患者特有のデータに結び付けられており、
前記制御ユニットは、前記第1の選択パルス繰返し率を用いて前記上皮組織除去の段階を実行することにより、及び前記第2の選択パルス繰返し率を用いて前記間質組織除去の段階を実行することにより、前記少なくとも一つの選択パルス繰返し率に従って前記レーザアセンブリを制御するように構成されており、
更に、前記制御ユニットは、前記選択パルス繰返し率を記憶媒体に記憶するようにも構成されており、前記選択パルス繰返し率は前記患者特有のデータに割り当てられる、装置。 - 前記ユーザインターフェースは、表示画面上に表示されたグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記グラフィカルユーザインターフェースは、少なくとも2つの所定のパルス繰返し率からの選択を可能にするようになされた少なくとも1つのドロップダウンメニューを含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、パルス放出シーケンスの連続した放出をもたらすように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記放出されるレーザ放射は、前記レーザ放射による眼への照射時に眼組織の除去を生じさせる放射特性を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記放出されるレーザ放射は、300nm未満の放射波長を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記所定のパルス繰返し率は、1500Hz未満の範囲にある、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記所定のパルス繰返し率は、以下のパルス繰返し率:約210Hz、約262,5Hz、約525Hzおよび約1050Hzのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
