Abstract
Description
−圧力:80〜150バール、好ましくは90〜120バール
−温度:120〜160℃、好ましくは150〜160℃
−液空間速度(LHSV):0.4〜3、好ましくは0.5〜0.8
水素処理率は供給物の200Nm3/トンまで。
供給原料または単に供給物は、バイオマスで実施されるように、以降は「HDO/ISO」と称する水素化脱酸素後の異性化処理の結果である供給物である。
HDO/ISOから生じた供給原料は次いで水素化される。供給原料はオプションで予備分留することができる。
−圧力:50〜160バール、好ましくは100〜150バール;
−温度:80〜180℃、好ましくは120〜160℃;
−液空間速度(LHSV):0.2〜5hr−1、好ましくは0.5〜3;
−水素処理率:上記条件に適合し、供給物の200Nm3/トンまでとすることができる。
本発明の流体、特に本発明の方法によって製造された流体は、以降は単に「改良流体」と称するが、アニリン点または溶解力、分子量、蒸気圧、粘度、乾燥が重要であるシステムのための定義された蒸発条件、および定義された表面張力の点で優れた特性を有する。
以下の実施例は、本発明を限定することなく説明している。
Claims (15)
- 100〜400℃の範囲の沸点を有し、95重量%を超えるイソパラフィンを含み、100重量ppm未満の芳香族を含む流体であって、95重量%を超える水素化脱酸素化および異性化された炭化水素バイオマス原料を含む供給物を、80〜180℃の温度で、50〜160バールの圧力で、0.2〜5hr−1の液空間速度で、および、200Nm3/トンまでの供給物の水素処理率で触媒的に水素化するステップを含む方法によって得ることができる、流体。
- 水素化条件が、
−圧力:80〜150バール、好ましくは90〜120バールであり、
−温度:120〜160℃、好ましくは150〜160℃であり、
−液空間速度(LHSV):0.4〜3、好ましくは0.5〜0.8であり、
−水素処理率は供給物の200Nm3/トンまで、
である処理によって得ることができる、請求項1に記載の流体。 - 前記供給物は、98%を超え、好ましくは99%を超える水素化脱酸素化および異性化された炭化水素バイオマス原料を含み、より好ましくは水素化脱酸素化および異性化された炭化水素バイオマス原料からなる、請求項1または2に記載の流体。
- 前記バイオマスは、植物油、植物油のエステルまたは植物油のトリグリセリドである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の流体。
- (i)分留ステップは、前記水素化ステップの前、または前記水素化ステップの後、またはその両方で実施され、または(ii)前記方法は、好ましくは3つの別個の反応器において3つの水素化段階を含み、または(iii)(i)および(ii)の両方である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の流体。
- 100〜400℃の範囲の沸点および80℃未満の沸点範囲を有し、95重量%を超えるイソパラフィンおよび3重量%未満のナフテンを含み、イソパラフィン対n−パラフィンの比が少なくとも12:1であり、OECD基準306にしたがって測定される28日での生分解性が少なくとも60%であり、バイオカーボン含有量が少なくとも95重量%であり、100重量ppm未満の芳香族を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の流体。
- 150〜400℃、好ましくは200〜400℃、特に220〜340℃、有利には250℃超340℃以下の沸点を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の流体。
- 80℃未満、好ましくは60℃未満、有利には40〜50℃の沸点範囲を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の流体。
- 50重量ppm未満、好ましくは20重量ppm未満の芳香族を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の流体。
- 3重量%未満、好ましくは1重量%未満、有利には50重量ppm未満のナフテンを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の流体。
- 98重量%を超えるイソパラフィンを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の流体。
- イソパラフィン対n−パラフィンの比が少なくとも12:1、好ましくは少なくとも15:1、より好ましくは少なくとも20:1である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の流体。
- OECD基準306にしたがって測定される28日での生分解性が少なくとも60%、好ましくは少なくとも70%、より好ましくは少なくとも75%、有利には少なくとも80%である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の流体。
- バイオカーボン含有量が少なくとも95重量%、好ましくは少なくとも97重量%、より好ましくは少なくとも98重量%、さらにより好ましくは約100重量%である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の流体。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の流体の使用であって、水圧破砕における、採鉱における、水処理における掘削流体として、塗料組成物における、化粧塗料のための、塗液における、自動車産業における、繊維工業における、金属抽出における、爆薬における、石油分散剤における、コンクリート離型用配合物における、接着剤における、印刷インキにおける、金属加工液における、塗液における、特にアルミニウムの圧延油における工業用溶媒として、切削液として、圧延油として、放電加工(EDM)液として、防錆剤として、工業用潤滑剤として、特にシリコーンを含むマスチックまたはポリマーなどの封止剤におけるエキステンダー油として、可塑化ポリ塩化ビニル配合物における、樹脂における、ワニスにおける粘度降下剤として、特に作物保護液としての植物衛生用流体として、ワクチン製剤における、特に低臭気性塗料である塗料組成物における、水処理、製紙または印刷ペーストにおいて特に増粘剤、洗浄溶媒および/または脱脂溶媒として使用されるポリマーにおける、スラリー重合のための、食品加工業における、食品等級用途のための、ホームケアのための、伝熱媒体のための、ショックアブソーバのための、絶縁油のための、油圧オイルのための、ギヤ油のための、タービン油のための、繊維油のための、およびオートマチックトランスミッション液または手動ギヤボックス配合物などのトランスミッション液における、アジュバントまたは添加剤として、並びに結晶化、抽出および発酵を含む化学反応における溶媒としての、流体の使用。
