Abstract
Description
両金属スキンを得るために金属板を塑性変形させる工程と、
両スキンを上記コアに固定する工程と、を含む方法である。
−座席(単一のサンドイッチ部品内にシェルと構造体が含まれる)、
−開口マスク(窓縁用のカバー部品)
−端部品:列車、路面電車またはバスの「ノーズ」
−バスの上に位置するエアコンのカウル
−自動車両のホイールリムの全部または一部。
Claims (10)
- 金属ハニカムコア(2)と、前記コアの両側に配置された2つの金属スキン(4)とを備える、非可展形状を有するサンドイッチ型金属部品(1)を製造する方法であって、
両金属スキン(4)を得るために金属板(4’)を塑性変形させる工程と、
両スキン(4)を前記コア(2)に固定する工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記金属ハニカムコア(2)を塑性変形させる工程をさらに含み、この工程が、両スキンを前記コアに固定する前記工程の前に実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属ハニカムコア(2)を塑性変形させる前記工程の間に、前記コアに弾性伸展が適用されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 両金属スキン(4)を得るために前記金属板(4’)を塑性変形させる前記工程が、板金加工、車体製作、インクリメンタルフォーミング、絞り加工、ラバーフォーミング、熱成形の少なくとも1つの技術を用いて行われることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 両スキン(4)がそれぞれ0.5〜3mmの厚さを有し、かつ/または前記コア(2)が3〜50mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、前記請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 両スキン(4)を前記コア(2)に固定する前記工程が、真空バッグ(10)を備えた金型(6)に前記スキンと前記コアを配置し、重合性接着剤を使用することによって行われることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 両スキン(4)が、前記金型(6)内に配置される前に接着されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記スキン(4)および前記コア(2)がそれぞれ、アルミニウムまたはその合金の1つでできていることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施することによって得られる少なくとも1つの金属部品(1)を備えることを特徴とする、輸送車両。
- 鉄道輸送車両であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の車両。
