Claims (10)
- 流体流を制御する制御弁であって、
弁要素(1)であって、該弁要素(1)は、貫通部を有し、弁ハウジング(4)に対して相対的に可動であり、前記貫通部は、前記弁要素(1)の運動により、前記弁ハウジング(4)側で規定される管路横断面(6)とオーバラップして、流体を流動させることができるようになっている、弁要素(1)と、
シール要素(9)であって、該シール要素(9)は、前記管路横断面(6)を半径方向で包囲するように前記弁ハウジング(4)に収容されており、シール面(11)で前記弁要素(1)の表面(2)と接触して、前記シール要素(9)の領域で前記弁要素(1)の前記表面(2)と前記弁ハウジング(4)との間を延在する間隙(12)を埋めることができるようになっている、シール要素(9)と、
を備える制御弁において、
前記間隙(12)の延在寸法は、前記弁ハウジング(4)に対する前記弁要素(1)の運動に応じて変化し、前記貫通部が前記管路横断面(6)とオーバラップする領域で、前記間隙(12)の最大の延在寸法が生じるようになっており、前記間隙(12)の最大の延在寸法のところで、前記シール要素(9)の前記シール面(11)は、前記弁要素(1)の前記表面(2)から離間している、
ことを特徴とする、流体流を制御する制御弁。 - 前記間隙(12)の延在寸法の変化は、前記弁要素(1)の基体(14)上に少なくとも1つの前記貫通部から離れて、前記弁ハウジング(4)に向かう方向での前記弁要素(1)の寸法を増加させる付加的な輪郭(15)が載置されていることで、前記表面(2)を非一様に構成することによって実現されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記弁要素(1)の前記表面(2)は、球表面として又は球表面の一部として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記基体(14)は、第1の球として又は第1の球の一部として存在し、前記第1の球上又は前記第1の球の一部上に、第2の球の一部として形成される前記輪郭(15)が載置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2を引用する請求項3に記載の制御弁。
- 互いに異なった、前記弁ハウジング(4)に向かう方向での前記弁要素(1)の寸法(13,16)間の移行部は、それぞれ、傾斜部(19乃至22)を介して構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の制御弁。
- 前記管路横断面(6)は、前記弁ハウジング(4)の管体(7)により規定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記管体(7)と、前記弁ハウジング(4)の別の部分とは、間に位置する空間(8)を規定し、前記空間(8)内には、前記シール要素(9)を前記弁要素(1)に向かって付勢するばね要素(10)が収容されており、さらに、前記シール要素(9)が前記間隙(12)の最大の延在寸法のところで前記表面(2)に当接しないようにする、前記シール要素(9)用の機械的なストッパ(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の制御弁。
- 前記貫通部は、前記弁要素(1)に長穴(3)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記傾斜部(19乃至22)は、それぞれ、前記長穴(3)の両側に設けられており、前記弁要素(1)の小さい方の寸法(13)へ減寸する傾斜部(19,20)が、前記管路横断面(6)と前記長穴(3)のオーバラップ開始から、前記管路横断面(6)の完全な開放まで延びている一方、前記弁要素(1)の大きい方の寸法(16)へ増寸する傾斜部(21,22)が、前記長穴(3)による前記管路横断面(6)の完全な開放の終了から、前記管路横断面(6)と前記長穴(3)のオーバラップ終了まで延びていることを特徴とする、請求項5を引用する請求項8に記載の制御弁。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項又は複数項に記載の制御弁を備える流体回路。
