Abstract
Description
本出願は、2015年4月23日出願の中国特許出願第2015/101954685号、及び2015年6月1日出願の米国特許出願第62/169,380号の優先権を主張し、その開示は、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
以下の定義は、本出願で使用される用語、特に特許請求の範囲がどのように解釈されるかを定義するために提供される。定義の統合は、便宜のためだけであり、いかなる定義をもいかなる特定の分類上の区分に限定することを目的としない。
本発明の少なくとも1つの実施形態は、組成物に対して行われる。組成物は、塗料粘着性低減剤組成物として使用されてもよい。組成物は、水性液体系の液状媒体の中にあってもよい。組成物は、水性液体中の塗料の粘着性を低減させるために使用され得る。組成物は、塗料吹き付け室再循環水中の塗料の粘着性を低減させるために使用され得る。本発明の少なくとも1つの実施形態は、塗料吹き付け室再循環水を処理するための方法である。
1.以下の量に基づいて、成分を計り、ある一定量の水をビーカーに添加した。
2.計られたジアルデヒド官能化ポリアクリルアミド類、またはジアルデヒド及びポリアクリルアミド類の混合物を添加し、その後、それらを完全に分散させるように撹拌し、成分Iを得た。
3.計られたアルミニウム塩及び/または鉄塩を成分Iに添加し、その後、撹拌を継続し、アルミニウム塩及び/または鉄塩を成分Iと完全に混合し、排出し、塗料粘着性低減剤組成物を得るか、または
4.任意で、ステップ3で得られた塗料粘着性低減剤組成物に対して続けて、計られた天然ポリマーまたは合成ポリマーを添加し、その後、撹拌を継続し、天然ポリマーまたは合成ポリマーを含有する塗料粘着性低減剤組成物を得る。
実施例1の塗料粘着性低減剤組成物の組成が表1に示される。
実施例2の塗料粘着性低減剤組成物の組成が表2に示される。
実施例3の塗料粘着性低減剤組成物の組成が表3に示される。
実施例4の塗料粘着性低減剤組成物の組成が表4に示される。
別々の試験を、水性ベースコート及び溶剤系ベースコートをそれぞれ使用して、各塗料粘着性低減剤組成物に対して行った。
−200mlの水道水を蓋付の250mlのガラス瓶に注ぐ。
−0.5gの水性ベースコートを添加し、蓋を閉じて30秒間勢いよく振り、ベースコートを完全に分散させる。
−0.1〜0.3mlの塗料粘着性低減剤組成物を添加し、蓋を閉じて30秒間勢いよく振り、塗料粘着性低減剤組成物をベースコートと完全に混合させる。
−pHを、pH調整剤(水酸化ナトリウム水溶液等)によって7〜9の範囲に調整する。
−0.2〜1mlの1重量%のアニオン性ポリアクリルアミド(Nalco companyによって製造された、Nalco7768)を添加し、蓋を閉じて20秒間勢いよく振り、それを均一に分散させる。
−サンプルを放置し、その後、サンプルを処理結果のために評価し、濁度を観察し、記録する。結果を表5に示す。
−200mlの水道水を蓋付の250mlのガラス瓶に注ぐ。
−0.1〜0.5mlの塗料粘着性低減剤組成物を添加し、蓋を閉じて30秒間勢いよく振り、塗料粘着性低減剤組成物をベースコートと完全に混合させる。

−0.2〜1mlの1重量%のアニオン性ポリアクリルアミド(Nalco companyによって製造された、Nalco7768)を添加し、蓋を閉じて20秒間勢いよく振り、それを均一に分散させる。
−サンプルを放置し、その後、サンプルを処理結果のために評価し、濁度を観察し、記録する。結果を表6に示す。
Claims (20)
- 組成物であって、前記組成物は、1)有機成分、及び2)金属塩を含み、前記有機成分は、アルデヒド官能化ポリアクリルアミド、ジアルデヒド、ポリアクリルアミド、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせから成る一覧から選択される1つの品目である、組成物。
- 前記有機成分は、前記組成物の0.01〜70重量%であり、前記金属塩は、前記組成物の0.05〜90重量%であり、好ましくは、前記有機成分は、前記組成物の0.35〜50重量%であり、前記金属塩は、前記組成物の0.5〜80重量%である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機成分は、ジアルデヒドのポリアクリルアミドとの反応によって得られるアルデヒド官能化ポリアクリルアミドである、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機成分は、アルデヒド官能化ポリアクリルアミドであり、前記アルデヒド官能化ポリアクリルアミドは、0.001〜100:1、好ましくは0.01〜10:1、及びより好ましくは0.01〜5:1の範囲のジアルデヒド基のアクリルアミドモノマーに対するモル比を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機成分の平均分子量は、5,000〜10,000,000g/モル、好ましくは6,000〜2,000,000g/モルの範囲にある、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機成分は、ジアルデヒドを含むか、またはジアルデヒドのポリアクリルアミドとの反応によって得られるアルデヒド官能化ポリアクリルアミドを含み、前記ジアルデヒドは、グリオキサール、マロンジアルデヒド、サクシンジアルデヒド、グルタルジアルデヒド、またはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。

- 前記組成物の0.001〜10重量%の天然ポリマーまたは合成ポリマーをさらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記天然ポリマーまたは合成ポリマーは、アクリルアミド類コポリマーもしくはトリポリマー、キトサン、グアーガム、セルロース、澱粉、変性セルロース、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物の、水性液体系の液状媒体への導入を含む、方法。
- 前記水性液体系は、再循環水系、廃水処理系、塗料吹き付け室、塗料吹き付け室再循環水系、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物は、塗料の粘着性を低減(detackify)する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物は、自動車の塗装作業中にスプレーされた塗料の粘着性を低減する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記有機成分及び前記金属塩は、それらが水性液体系に導入される前、水性液体系に導入された後、水性液体系に導入されている間、またはこれらの組み合わせで、互いに接触する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 凝集剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記液状媒体のpHを変更するステップをさらに含む、請求項14〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
