Claims (14)
- ガスばね(1)をトリガするための装置であって、
操作装置(2)と、
前記操作装置(2)に作用結合され、前記ガスばね(1)の終端部のトリガ(3)に直接的に作用する操作機構(4)と
を備え、
前記操作機構(4)は、力および/または経路に関して低減または増大するレバー装置(5)として構成されており、
前記レバーのうちの1つ(トリガレバー(6))が、前記トリガ(3)を直接的に押圧し、
前記操作装置(2)は、電磁石ユニット(30)を備え、
前記電磁石ユニット(30)は、電流供給部を介して電気エネルギーを供給され、切換ユニット(60)によって作動可能であり、
前記切換ユニット(60)によって作動可能である制御装置(40)であって、前記切換ユニット(60)の信号に応じて前記電磁石ユニット(30)を作動させる制御装置(40)が設けられており、
増大された電圧による前記磁石ユニット(30)の過負荷段階と、これに続く低減された電圧による保持段階と、が所定の時間間隔にわたって生成されるように、前記磁石ユニット(30)の制御が行われる
ガスばね(1)をトリガするための装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記制御装置(40)は、前記過負荷段階の時間間隔の長さと、過負荷段階の時間間隔における電圧の大きさと、過負荷段階に続く保持段階における電圧の大きさと、のうちの少なくとも1つが固定的に設定可能であるか、または、(用途に応じて)可変にプログラム可能となるように構成されている
装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の装置であって、
前記装置は、電気式の第1バッファメモリユニットと、前記装置から独立して電圧供給部に直接的に接続された第2バッファメモリユニットと、のうちの少なくとも一方を備え、
前記制御装置(40)は、前記過負荷段階における作動時に、少なくとも部分的または完全に前記磁石ユニット(30)のための電気エネルギーを前記第2バッファメモリユニットから取り出す
装置。 - 請求項3に記載の装置であって、
前記電気式のバッファメモリユニットは、放電後に前記制御装置または前記電圧供給部を介して再び充電されるキャパシタまたはアキュムレータとして構成されている
装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
前記電磁石ユニット(30)は、中空コイルボディ(32)と、該中空コイルボディ(32)内に縦方向に変位可能に支持されたアーマチャボディ(34)と、を備える線形の持上げ磁石ユニットとして構成されており、
前記アーマチャボディ(34)は、操作部材(22)を介して前記操作機構(4)の前記レバー装置(5)に結合されている
装置。 - 請求項5に記載の装置であって、
弾性ユニット、特にばねユニット(24)が設けられており、
前記アーマチャボディ(34)は、前記ばねユニット(24)の作用によって縦方向に変位可能となるように設けられている
装置。 - 請求項5または請求項6に記載の装置であって、
前記操作部材(22)がケーブルとして構成されており、
前記弾性ユニットは、圧縮ばねまたは引張りばね(24)として構成されている
装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
操作装置ケーシング(36)が設けられており、
前記操作装置ケーシング(36)内に、前記制御装置(40)と前記磁石ユニット(30)とが配置されており、オプションとして、前記ばねユニット(24)と前記操作部材(22)とが少なくとも部分的に配置されている
装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置であって、
前記操作装置ケーシング(36)は、前記操作機構(4)の前記ケーシング(20)に直接的に設けられているか、または、該ケーシング(20)から間隔をおいて設けられており、
前記操作部材(22)は、前記ケーシング(20)内に突入し、前記レバー機構(5)の操作レバー(9)に接続されている
装置。 - 請求項8または請求項9に記載の装置であって、
前記操作装置ケーシング(36)は、前記ケーシング(20)に接続するための上側の接続キャップユニット(38)を備える中空部材、特に円筒状の中空部材として構成されている
装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の請求項であって、
前記トリガレバー(6)の一端は、第1の定置の回転軸線(11)を中心として旋回可能に枢着されており、他端は、第2レバー(結合レバー(8))の端部に旋回可能に結合されており、
前記結合レバー(8)の他端は、第3レバー(操作レバー(9))に旋回可能に結合されており、
前記操作レバー(9)の一端は、第2の定置の回転軸線(7)を中心として旋回可能に枢着されており、他端は、前記操作装置(2)に作用結合されている
装置。 - 回転軸線(74)を中心として回転可能な(D)背もたれ(「背もたれリクライニング」)(72)を備えるシートユニット(70)であって、
ガスばね(1)の作用によって回転運動がそれぞれの回転位置でロック可能であり、
請求項1ないし請求項11のいずれか一項に記載のガスばねをトリガするための装置を備える
シートユニット(70)。 - 請求項12に記載のシートユニットであって、
独立した中央の停止/作動ユニット(80)が設けられており、
前記停止/作動ユニット(80)は、前記装置(10)に通信接続されており、
前記停止/作動ユニット(80)によって前記装置のエネルギー供給を停止または作動可能であり、および/または、前記切換ユニット(60)を作動可能である
シートユニット。 - 特に航空機の内部キャビン内に、請求項12または請求項13に記載の複数のシートユニットを備える装置であって、
それぞれのシートユニット(70)は、前記中央の停止/作動ユニット(80)に通信接続されている
装置。
