Claims (10)
- 工作機械においてPコントローラ(20)を用いて切削加工工程(10)を制御する方法であって、Pコントローラは、制御量(y(t))と基準量(w(t))との間の制御偏差(e(t))に基づいて、切削加工工程(10)を操作する操作量(u(t))を変更する方法において、
Pコントローラ(20)のゲイン(K)は変更可能とされ、制御量(y(t))の瞬時値に応じ、予め決められた負荷特性場(A,B,C)を用いて算出され、負荷特性場(A,B,C)のそれぞれは、制御量(y(t))の決まった値又は範囲に対して予め設定された一つのゲイン(K1,K2,K3)を与えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、制御量(y(t))として、工作機械の機械軸にかかる力、あるいは工作機械の機械駆動の出力を用いることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、操作量(u(t))として、工具の送り速度または工具の回転数を用いることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、三つの負荷特性場(A,B,C)が設けられており、これらの負荷特性場が、過負荷領域、低負荷領域および目標負荷領域に対してそれぞれ一つのゲイン(K1,K2,K3)を与えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法において、目標負荷領域(C)に対するゲイン(K3)がゼロの値を有していることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4または5に記載の方法において、低負荷領域(B)に対するゲイン(K2)は、過負荷領域(A)に対するゲイン(K1)に安全係数(SF)を掛けることで求められることを特徴とする方法。
- 切削工作機械のための制御器であって、工作機械における切削加工工程(10)の制御のためにPコントローラ(20)を有して構成されており、Pコントローラ(20)は、制御量(y(t))と基準量(w(t))との間の制御偏差(e(t))に基づいて、切削加工工程(10)を操作する操作量(u(t))を変更し、Pコントローラ(20)のゲイン(K)は変更可能とされ、制御量(y(t))の瞬時値に応じ、予め決められた負荷特性場(A,B,C)を用いて算出され、負荷特性場(A,B,C)のそれぞれは、制御量(y(t))の予め決まった値または範囲に対して予め設定された一つのゲイン(K1,K2,K3)を与える制御器。
- 請求項7に記載の制御器を有する工作機械。
- 請求項8に記載の工作機械において、フライス加工機械及び/又は研削機械であることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の切削加工工程(10)を制御する方法を利用して、且つ/又は、請求項8または9に記載の工作機械を用いて、ワークを切削加工する方法。
