Claims (9)
- 加圧流体の流れを目的とする循環パイプ(18)を含む本体(16)を備えるジェット(10)、特にタービンエンジン用のオイルジェットであって、本体(16)が、第1の部分(24)と、第2の部分(26)とを備え、弾性変形可能なメンブレン(52)がその間に挿入され、前記メンブレンが、パイプ(18)内の流体の循環を防止する密封位置と、パイプ(18)内の流体の循環を可能にする位置との間で変形することができ、第2の部分(26)が、メンブレン(46)を密封位置に予め荷重するように、流体の循環とは反対の方向に配置されたメンブレン(52)に接して力を加えるように構成された軸受手段(46)を含むことを特徴とする、ジェット。
- 軸受手段が、メンブレン(52)の中央部分に凭れる凸状隆起部(46)を含む、請求項1に記載のジェット。
- 凸状隆起部(46)が、流体の流れの方向に対して略横方向に延在する少なくとも2本のアーム(48)によって第2の部分(26)の内壁に結合されて、隆起部(46)と内壁との間に流体を通過させるための少なくとも1つの凹部(50)を画定する、請求項2に記載のジェット。
- メンブレンが、第2の部分(26)の上流端部に挿入された第1の部分(24)の下流端部を覆い、第1の部分の前記下流端部が、流体の流れの方向に対して略垂直方向にメンブレン(52)の縁部の反対側に配置される、下流に突出するスタッド(54)を含む、請求項3に記載のジェット。
- 第1の部分(24)の下流端部のまわりに規則的に分配された少なくとも3つのスタッド(54)を含む、請求項4に記載のジェット。
- メンブレン(52)が、好ましくは鋼製であり、0.5mm未満、好ましくは0.15〜0.3mmの厚さを含むシートである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のジェット。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項によるジェット(10)を収容するハウジングを含む、タービンエンジンケーシングなどのケーシングを備えるアセンブリであって、第1の部分(24)が、ハウジングの底壁に対して取り付けられ、締付手段(14)が、第2の部分(26)を第1の部分(24)に対して締め付けるように、第2部分(26)に対して取り付けられる、アセンブリ。
- 締付手段が、ハウジングの内面にねじ止めされ、一端部が第2の部分(26)に取り付けられるナット(14)を含む、請求項7に記載のアセンブリ。
- ターボジェットまたはターボプロップなどのタービンエンジンであって、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのジェット、あるいは請求項7または8のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリを備えることを特徴とする、タービンエンジン。
