Claims (22)
- 硫黄ガス流から煤を除去する方法であって、その際、O2及び500ppm超のSO2及び/又はSO3を煤と一緒に含有するプロセスガスを、反応器中で触媒と接触させ、前記触媒は、五酸化バナジウム(V2O5)、硫酸塩、ピロ硫酸塩、三硫酸塩又は四硫酸塩の形態の硫黄、及び一種又は二種以上のアルカリ金属を多孔質の担体上に含む、上記の方法。
- 前記触媒の多孔質の担体が、二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)である、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記触媒が、硫酸塩、ピロ硫酸塩、三硫酸塩又は四硫酸塩の形態の硫黄を1〜25重量%含有している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が、硫酸塩、ピロ硫酸塩、三硫酸塩又は四硫酸塩の形態の硫黄を2〜20重量%、好ましくは、3〜18重量%含有している、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が、硫酸塩、ピロ硫酸塩、三硫酸塩又は四硫酸塩の形態の硫黄を4〜16重量%、好ましくは、4〜10重量%含有している、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒の温度が、250〜700℃である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記触媒の温度が、300〜650℃である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスガスが、>0.1mg/Nm3/h、好ましくは、>0.5mg/Nm3/hの煤の濃度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスガスが、>1mg/Nm3/h、好ましくは、>2mg/Nm3/hの煤の濃度を有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスガスが、>5mg/Nm3/h、好ましくは、>10mg/Nm3/hの煤の濃度を有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスガスが、>20mg/Nm3/h、好ましくは、>50mg/Nm3/hの煤の濃度を有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスガスが、1000ppm超のSO2及び/又はSO3、好ましくは、2500ppm超のSO2及び/又はSO3を含有している、請求項13〜16のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスガスが、5000ppm超のSO2及び/又はSO3を含有している、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスガス中の煤が、>20重量%のC、好ましくは、>50重量%のCを含む組成を有する、請求項13〜16のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスガス中の煤が、>75重量%のC、好ましくは、>90重量%のCを含む組成を有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスガス中の煤が、>95重量%のCを含む組成を有する、請求項20に記載の方法。
