Abstract
Description
本出願は、35U.S.C.§119(e)の下で、「ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY HIGH PRESSURE LUBRICANT ADDITIVE」と題される2015年5月11日に出願された米国仮出願第62/159,458号の利益を主張し、それはこの参照によって本明細書に組み込まれる。
(a)周囲温度で、15.5重量%〜25.5重量%の鉱油を、ブレンドせずに、74.5重量%〜84.5重量%の塩素化アルカンに添加する工程と、
(b)混合物を、好ましくは複数回、最も好ましくは少なくとも7回濾過する工程と、を含む、方法が提供される。
高圧潤滑油としての本発明の有効性は、Falex Timken Extreme Pressure Test機械を使用して実証された。この機械は、電動モーターを利用してスチール軸受レースを高速で回転させる。固定試験スチール軸受を回転軸受レースに接触させる。これは、回転軸受と接触して静止することが可能な旋回アームの端部にその軸受を挿入することによって行われる。そのアームは今度は、第2の回転アームによって、その重量が加えられ得る端部にてこで動かされる。アームの配置の効果は、回転軸受レースとの接触点に、てこの原理を介して大幅に増大された圧力を提供することである。小さな接触面積のため、固定軸受によって回転軸受レースに非常に大きな圧力が加えられる。接触領域を潤滑油で溢れさせるために、回転軸受レースは試験される潤滑油の浴内に置かれる。
Claims (16)
- 74.5重量%〜84.5重量%の塩素化アルカン、及び15.5重量%〜25.5重量%の鉱油を含む、高圧潤滑油添加剤。
- 前記鉱油がビタミンEを含む、請求項1に記載の高圧潤滑油添加剤。
- 約0.05重量%のアロエベラを更に含む、請求項1に記載の高圧潤滑油添加剤。
- 前記塩素化アルカンが、PAROIL310NRまたはPAROIL353NRである、請求項1に記載の高圧潤滑油添加剤。
- 84〜85重量%のPAROIL310NR、及び15〜16重量%の鉱油を含む、請求項1に記載の高圧潤滑油添加剤。
- およそ84.5重量%のPAROIL310NR、及び15.5重量%の鉱油を含む、請求項5に記載の高圧潤滑油添加剤。
- 請求項1に記載の高圧潤滑油添加剤を含む潤滑油であって、前記潤滑油が、グリース、モーターオイル、油圧オイル及び液、切削オイル、金属切削潤滑油、機械オイル、工業用ギア潤滑油、ギアボックスオイル、オートマチックトランスミッション液、パワーステアリング液ならびに浸透オイルからなる群から選択される、前記潤滑油。
- モーターオイル及び3〜6重量%の請求項1に記載の高圧潤滑油添加剤を含む、請求項7に記載の潤滑油。
- 約5重量%の請求項1に記載の高圧潤滑油添加剤を含む、請求項8に記載の潤滑油。
- 1重量部の請求項1に記載の高圧潤滑油添加剤及び10〜30部のモーターオイルを含む、請求項7に記載の潤滑油。
- モーターオイル及び最大で約25重量〜35重量%の請求項1に記載の高圧潤滑油添加剤を含む、潤滑油。
- 約15重量%の請求項1に記載の高圧潤滑油添加剤を含む、請求項11に記載の潤滑油。
- 切削オイル及び約7.5重量%の請求項1に記載の高圧潤滑油添加剤を含む、請求項7に記載の潤滑油。
- 潤滑油用高圧添加剤を生成する方法であって、
(a)周囲温度で、15.5重量%〜25.5重量%の鉱油を、ブレンドせずに、74.5重量%〜84.5重量%の塩素化アルカンに添加する工程と、(b)混合物を濾過する工程と、を含む、前記方法。 - 前記濾過工程を複数回繰り返すことを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記濾過工程を少なくとも7回繰り返すことを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
