Claims (20)
- 患者の関節を監視するためのシステムであって、

更に、前記複数のセンサに接続された少なくとも1つの通信モジュールを含み、前記通信モジュールは、前記センサからのデータを受信し、センサ情報を外部デバイスに送信するように構成され且つ配列される、システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの通信ユニットは、センサプロセッサと、無線通信ユニットを含み、前記センサプロセッサは、センサデータを受信するように構成され且つ配列され、前記無線通信ユニットは、センサ情報を前記外部デバイスに又はこれを経由するように無線式に送信するように構成され且つ配列される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 更に、センサモジュールを含み、前記センサモジュールは、ハウジングを含み、前記複数のセンサ及び前記少なくとも1つの通信ユニットは、前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記センサモジュールは、関節を監視するために患者の皮膚に隣接して配置されるように構成され且つ配列される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサモジュールは、更に、前記ハウジングに結合可能な接着剤パッドを含み、前記接着剤パッドは、前記センサモジュールを患者の皮膚に少なくとも1時間、接着剤で接着させるように構成され且つ配列される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 更に、着用可能な物品を含み、前記物品は、前記センサモジュールを前記物品内に受入れるように構成され且つ配列され、前記物品は、前記センサモジュールが関節の近くに配置されるように患者によって着用されるように構成され且つ配列される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のセンサは、少なくとも1つのセンサを含み、前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、関節の運動範囲を決定するように処理することができるセンサデータを提供するように構成され且つ配列される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、第1の加速度計と、それと組合せられる第2の加速度計、ジャイロスコープ、又は磁気計のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のセンサは、少なくとも2つの近接センサを含み、前記近接センサは、関節移動の繰返し数を決定するように処理することができるセンサデータを提供するように構成され且つ配列される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。

- 前記複数のセンサのうちの少なくとも1つは、患者に埋込まれるように構成され且つ配列される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 更に、患者用デバイスを含み、前記患者用デバイスは、センサ情報を前記少なくとも1つの通信モジュールから受信し、センサ情報を処理し、処理した情報を患者が見られるように表示するように構成され且つ配列される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 更に、臨床医用デバイスを含み、前記臨床医用デバイスは、センサ情報を前記少なくとも1つの通信モジュール又は患者用デバイスから受信し、センサ情報を処理し、処理した情報を臨床医が見られるように表示するように構成され且つ配列される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- センサモジュールであって、
患者の関節の近くに且つ患者の皮膚に隣接して配置されるように構成され且つ配列されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置された複数のセンサと、を含み、前記複数のセンサは、少なくとも1つのセンサを含み、前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、関節の運動範囲を決定するように処理することができるセンサデータを提供するように構成され且つ配列され、
更に、前記ハウジング内に配置され且つ前記複数のセンサに接続されたセンサプロセッサを含み、前記センサプロセッサは、センサデータを前記複数のセンサから受信するように構成され且つ配列され、
更に、前記ハウジング内に配置され且つ前記センサプロセッサに接続された通信ユニットを含み、前記通信ユニットは、センサデータに基づいて、センサ情報を外部デバイスに送信するように構成され且つ配列される、センサモジュール。 - 更に、前記ハウジングに結合可能な接着剤パッドを含み、前記接着剤パッドは、前記センサモジュールを患者の皮膚に少なくとも1時間、接着剤で接着させるように構成され且つ配列される、請求項13に記載のセンサモジュール。
- 前記接着剤パッドは、少なくとも1つの第1の位置決め特徴部を含み、前記ハウジングは、少なくとも1つの第2の位置決め特徴部を含み、前記ハウジングと前記接着剤パッドの整列を容易にするために、前記第2の位置決め特徴部の形状は、前記第1の位置決め特徴部の形状と相補的である、請求項14に記載のセンサモジュール。
- 前記ハウジングへの前記接着剤パッドの結合を容易にするために、前記少なくとも1つの第1の位置決め特徴部又は前記少なくとも1つの第2の位置決め特徴部のうちの一方は、磁石を含み、前記少なくとも1つの位置決め特徴部又は前記少なくとも1つの第2の位置決め特徴部の他方は、第2の磁石又は磁気吸引材料を含む、請求項15に記載のセンサモジュール。
- 更に、着用可能な物品を含み、前記物品は、前記センサモジュールのハウジングを前記物品の中に受入れるように構成され且つ配列され、前記物品は、前記センサモジュールのハウジングが関節の近くに配置されるように患者によって着用されるように構成され且つ配列される、請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載のセンサモジュール。
- 前記複数のセンサは、第1の加速度計と、それと組合せられる第2の加速度計、ジャイロスコープ、又は磁気計のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項13〜17のいずれか1項に記載のセンサモジュール。
