撹拌器、還流冷却器、N2散布管および内部温度計を備えた4つ口フラスコに、ペンタメチレン1,5−ジイソシアネート(PDI)1000g(6.49モル)を入れ、室温で脱気し、窒素で3回通気した。続いて、混合物を60℃に加熱し、触媒溶液(モノクロロベンゼン中50%のテトラメチルアンモニウム2−エチルヘキサノエート)2.7mlを、60〜80℃の温度で発熱三量体化を維持するように計り入れた。47.9重量%のNCO含有量に達したら、リン酸ジブチル(使用したオクタン酸テトラメチルアンモニウムに対して等モル量)を用いて反応を停止させ、過剰なPDIを140℃および0.5〜0.6mbarの圧力で薄膜蒸留により分離した。得られた樹脂は、24.5%のNCO含有量および0.2%の残留モノマー含有量を有した。粘度は、23℃で3,330mPa*sであった。アロファネートシグナル対イソシアヌレートシグナルの13 C NMR積分の比(合計アロファネート/2:イソシアヌレート/3)は、0であった。
撹拌器、還流冷却器、N2散布管および内部温度計を備えた4つ口フラスコに、ペンタメチレン1,5−ジイソシアネート(PDI)1000g(6.49モル)を入れ、室温で脱気し、窒素で3回通気した。続いて、この混合物を60℃に加熱し、触媒溶液(1.5%N,N,N−トリメチル−N−ベンジルアンモニウムヒドロキシドのメタノール溶液および2−エチルヘキサノール)9.0mlを、60〜80℃の温度で発熱三量体化を維持するように計り入れた。36.7重量%のNCO含有量に達したら、リン酸ジブチル(使用したトリメチルベンジルアンモニウムヒドロキシドに対して等モル量)を用いて反応を停止させ、過剰なPDIを140℃および0.5〜0.6mbarの圧力で薄膜蒸留により分離した。得られた樹脂は、21.7%のNCO含有量、41.2重量%のイソシアヌレート三量体含有量、および0.3%の残留モノマー含有量を有した。粘度は、23℃で10000mPa*sであった。(アロファネートシグナル/2対イソシアヌレートシグナル((アロファネート/2:イソシアヌレート/3の合計)の13 C NMR積分の比は、0.12であった。
相溶性試験のために、記載されたポリイソシアネート組成物を、Desmophen(登録商標)650(ポリオールの固形分に基づき、OH%含有量8.5±0.4)を用いる使用例3において、およびDesmophen(登録商標)775XP(結合剤の固形分に基づき、OH%含有量12.5±0.5)を用いる適用例4において反応させた。使用されたポリエステルは、優れた光堅牢性、光沢保持性および耐候性について顕著であり、非常に良好な耐薬品性および高耐摩耗性も有する。製造元の製品データシートに記載されているHDIポリイソシアネートの相溶性は、ビウレット構造を含有するポリイソシアネート(Desmodur(登録商標)N75、Desmodur(登録商標)N100、およびDesmodur(登録商標)N3200)に限定される。
Claims (15)
- イソシアネート基を含有し、少なくとも1つの1,5−架橋ペンタメチレン単位およびイソシアヌレート基を有する化合物を含み、該化合物の一部が少なくとも1つのアロファネート基も付加的に有するポリイソシアネート組成物であって、
前記ポリイソシアネート組成物の総重量に基づき、前記ポリイソシアネート組成物が59重量%以下のイソシアヌレート三量体含有量を有し、
前記アロファネート基はイソシアネート基に対して不活性な有機ラジカルを有し、
前記アロファネート基の前記イソシアヌレート基に対する当量比が0を超え0.19以下であることを特徴とする、ポリイソシアネート組成物。 - 前記イソシアヌレート三量体含有量が、前記ポリイソシアネート組成物の総重量に基づき、56重量%以下、好ましくは51重量%以下、より好ましくは47重量%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリイソシアネート組成物。
- 前記当量比が0.02以上0.18以下、好ましくは0.05以上0.16以下、より好ましくは0.10以上0.15以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のポリイソシアネート組成物。
- 前記有機ラジカルが、1〜18個の炭素原子、好ましくは1〜12個の炭素原子、より好ましくは1〜8個の炭素原子を有する直鎖状、分岐鎖状、および置換されていてもよいラジカルの群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のポリイソシアネート組成物。
- 前記有機ラジカルが、第1級または第2級、好ましくは第1級炭素原子を介して前記アロファネート基に結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のポリイソシアネート組成物。
- 本発明の前記ポリイソシアネート組成物の総重量に基づき、15%以上25%以下、好ましくは17%以上24%以下、より好ましくは20%以上23%以下のイソシアネート基含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のポリイソシアネート組成物。
- DIN EN ISO 3219に従って、23℃で36000mPa*s以下、好ましくは24000mPa*s以下、より好ましくは12000mPa*s以下の粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のポリイソシアネート組成物。
- 少なくとも1,5−ジイソシアナトペンタンが、イソシアネート基に対して側鎖において不活性である少なくとも直鎖状、分岐鎖状、および置換されていてもよいモノアルコールと混合され、触媒の存在下で反応が行われ、前記ポリイソシアネート組成物を得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のポリイソシアネート組成物の製造方法。
- 前記反応が0℃以上180℃以下、好ましくは20℃以上140℃以下、より好ましくは40℃以上100℃以下の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記1,5−ジイソシアナトペンタンが気相中で1,5−ジアミノペンタンのホスゲン化によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネート組成物を含む成分A)と、イソシアネート基に対して反応性である少なくとも1種の結合剤を含む成分B)とを含む、2成分系。
- イソシアネート基に対して反応性である前記結合剤が、イソシアネート基に対して反応性である前記結合剤の固形分に基づき、5.0重量%以上、好ましくは7.0重量%以上、より好ましくは9.0重量%以上のヒドロキシル基含有量を有する少なくとも1種のヒドロキシ官能性化合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の2成分系。
- 基材上にコーティングを製造するための、請求項11または12に記載の2成分系の使用。
- 請求項13に記載の2成分系の使用によって得られるコーティング。
- 請求項14に記載のコーティングと、金属および/またはプラスチックの表面を有する基材とからなるアセンブリ。
