Claims (20)
- 建材を塗布する方法であって、
高炉スラグ材料、ジオポリマー材料、アルカリ、及び砂を、バッチング及び混合装置にて混合して、非ポルトランドセメント系材料を生成する工程と、
前記非ポルトランドセメント系材料を前記バッチング及び混合装置から、導管を介してノズルに移送する工程と、
前記ノズルにて、前記移送された非ポルトランドセメント系材料を液体と組み合わせて、部分的に液化された非ポルトランドセメント系材料を生成する工程と、
前記部分的に液化された非ポルトランドセメント系材料を、空気圧を用いて面に塗布する工程とを含む、方法。 - 前記ジオポリマー材料が、火山岩粉又は軽石を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ系粉体がケイ酸塩を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バッチング及び混合する工程が、乾式混合又は湿式混合の少なくとも一方として行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
