Claims (15)
- 本体と、ディスプレイ画面モジュールと、バッテリと、筐体とを備え、前記本体は、収容溝と、バッテリ部と、回路ボードとを備え、前記本体は、第1の面と、前記第1の面とは反対側の第2の面とを備え、前記収容溝は、前記第1の面に位置し、前記バッテリ部は、前記第2の面に位置し、前記回路ボードは、前記バッテリ部に隣接し、穴が、前記収容溝の溝底壁の側部に配置され、前記穴は、前記第2の面の、前記バッテリ部が配置された一端を貫通し、前記バッテリは、前記バッテリ部内に収容され、前記筐体は、前記本体を覆って前記バッテリ部を囲み、フレキシブル回路ボードが、前記ディスプレイ画面モジュール上に配置され、前記ディスプレイ画面モジュールは、前記収容溝内に収容され、前記フレキシブル回路ボードは、前記穴を貫通し、前記バッテリ部の側部から前記バッテリの、前記筐体に対面する表面へ屈曲し、前記回路ボードに接続するまで、前記表面に沿って延設することを特徴とする電子装置。
- 前記フレキシブル回路ボードは、接続セグメントと、曲げセグメントと、延設セグメントとを備え、前記曲げセグメントは、前記接続セグメントと前記延設セグメントとを接続し、前記接続セグメントは、前記ディスプレイ画面モジュールに接続され、前記延設セグメントは、前記回路ボードに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- メッシュ状の銅レイヤが、前記曲げセグメントの表面に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電子装置。
- バッファ溝が、前記接続セグメント上に配置され、前記バッファ溝は、前記接続セグメントと前記曲げセグメントとの間の接合部の2つの側部に位置し、前記バッファ溝は、前記接続セグメントへ延設することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電子装置。
- 前記ディスプレイ画面モジュールは、ガラス基板を備え、前記接続セグメントの、前記曲げセグメントから離れた表面の一部は、前記ガラス基板の表面に取り付けられ、前記接続セグメントの、前記曲げセグメントから離れた前記表面の別の一部は、前記ガラス基板から延設し、前記ガラス基板との角度を形成し、接着材が、前記角度において設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電子装置。
- 接続片が、前記延設セグメントの、前記曲げセグメントから離れた一端に配置され、前記接続片は、前記回路ボードを電気的に接続するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子装置。
- 接地ピンが、前記接続片上に設けられ、前記フレキシブル回路ボードの接地を行うように構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電子装置。
- 第1の位置決め線が、前記延設セグメントの、前記バッテリ部の裏側に位置する表面に設けられ、前記第1の位置決め線は、前記回路ボードに関して、前記フレキシブル回路ボードのプラグイン位置を決定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。
- 位置決めノッチが、前記延設セグメントの2つの側部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。
- 第2の位置決め線が、前記曲げセグメントと前記延設セグメントとの間の接合部の表面に設けられ、前記第2の位置決め線は、前記穴に関して、前記曲げセグメントの位置を決定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。
- 前記延設セグメントの、前記バッテリに対面する表面は、両面テープを使用することによって、前記バッテリに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。
- バッファパッドが、前記筐体の、前記バッテリに対面する表面に配置され、前記バッファパッドは、前記フレキシブル回路ボードおよび前記バッテリを保持することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。
- ある間隔で配置される2つの導電レイヤが、前記延設セグメントの、前記バッテリに対面する表面に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。
- 前記収容溝は、前記溝底壁を備え、前記穴は、前記溝底壁の縁に設けられ、前記電子装置は、ラウドスピーカと、ラウドスピーカサポートとをさらに備え、前記ラウドスピーカサポートは、前記本体に取り付けられ、前記穴の縁と前記筐体との間でクランプ留めされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。
- 前記ディスプレイ画面モジュールは、ESR反射フィルムを備え、前記ESR反射フィルムの厚さは、0.089mmであり、バッファレイヤが、前記ESR反射フィルムの、前記接続セグメントとは反対側の表面に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。
