Claims (10)
- 2つの要素(32、34)の間で2つの互いに対向する方向に荷重を加えるよう意図された変形可能なねじ組立体であって、前記ねじ組立体は、一方では、2つの対向する端部と、前記2つの対向する端部の間に延在するねじ部(12;42;66)を有し、ねじ込むことにより前記2つの要素の一方(34)に接続可能な長手方向部品(10)を備え、他方では、前記ねじ部(12;42;66)は軸方向に歪んでいるのに対して、前記長手方向部品(10)の前記2つの対向する端部の一方または他方と前記2つの要素の他方との間で軸方向に圧縮された状態で支持されるように意図された弾性変形可能な部材(18,20;48;82)を備え、
前記弾性変形可能な部材(18,20;48;82)は弾性ワッシャを含み、
前記ねじ組立体は保持装置(30;54;84)をさらに備え、前記弾性ワッシャ(18,20;48;82)を軸方向圧縮下に保持することができ、前記2つの要素の他方(32)と前記長手方向部品の前記2つの対向する端部の前記一方または前記他方との間の前記圧縮状態において前記弾性ワッシャを解放することができる
ことを特徴とするねじ組立体。 - 前記保持装置(30;54)はねじ穴付き部品を備え、前記弾性ワッシャ(18、20;48)は、前記ねじ穴付き部品(30;54)の内部で係合可能となるようにねじ付き円形縁部(26、28;50、52)を有する、請求項1に記載のねじ組立体。
- 前記弾性変形可能な部材は、前記ねじ穴付き部品(30)の内側に係合可能な他のねじ付き縁部(26)を有する他のワッシャ(18)をさらに備え、前記弾性ワッシャ(20)は、前記ねじ穴付き部品(30)の内側の前記他のワッシャに対して軸方向圧縮下に維持されることができる、請求項2に記載のねじ組立体。
- 前記他のワッシャ(18)は円錐ワッシャである、請求項3に記載のねじ組立体。
- 前記弾性ワッシャ(48)はU字形の半径方向断面を有し、前記U字形の開口部は前記弾性ワッシャの中心から離れる方向に面し、それによって2つの平行な円形の縁部(50、52)を形成する、請求項1または2に記載のねじ組立体。
- 前記2つの端部の前記一方は、肩部(16;46;93)を形成する頭部(14;44;92)を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のねじ組立体。
- 前記弾性変形可能な部材(18、20;48)は、前記肩部(16;46)と当接することができる、請求項6に記載のねじ組立体。
- 前記保持装置は、前記ねじ部(66)を軸方向に貫通する作動軸部(84)を備え、前記作動軸部(84)は、前記ねじ部(66)の前記2つの端部(68)の前記他方と協働して、前記弾性変形可能な部材(82)を軸方向圧縮下に保持することができるよう意図された第1の端部(86)を有する、請求項1、2、または6および1または2に記載のねじ組立体。
- 前記作動軸部(84)は、前記第1の端部(86)と反対側の端部に第2の端部を有し、前記第2の端部は、前記弾性変形可能な部材(82)を軸方向圧縮に維持する第1の角位置と、前記弾性変形可能な部材(82)を前記圧縮状態で解放する第2の角位置との間で、前記ねじ部の前記2つの端部の前記一方と協働するよう意図されている、請求項8に記載のねじ組立体。
- 前記ねじ部と係合し、前記2つの要素の前記一方(34)に対して当接することができるナット(36)をさらに備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のねじ組立体。
