Claims (17)
- 3次元形状の少なくとも1層の補強繊維からなる層を備えるリムの製造方法であって、
3次元形状の外側輪郭を有する成形ツールを用意するステップと、
補強繊維からなるバンドを、少なくとも1層の補強繊維からなる層においてその補強繊維が前記成形ツールの外側輪郭に沿うとともに成形ツールの周囲に配置されるように、前記成形ツール上に巻き付けるステップと、
ドレープ装置を用意し、補強繊維からなる前記バンドを前記成形ツール上に巻き付ける前に、該ドレープ装置によって補強繊維からなる前記バンドを予備成形するステップと、を含むことを特徴とするリムの製造方法。 - 前記ドレープ装置は、その上を補強繊維からなるバンドが移動し、それによって該バンドを成形するスライドを備える、請求項1に記載のリムの製造方法。
- 前記スライドは鎌形状である、請求項2に記載のリムの製造方法。
- 前記スライドは、前記成形ツールの周囲に配置されている、請求項3に記載のリムの製造方法。
- 補強繊維からなる前記バンドは、前記成形ツール上に載置される前に連続的に予備成形される、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のリムの製造方法。
- 補強繊維からなる前記バンドは、一方向性織物および/または二軸織物および/または三軸織物および/または四軸織物および/またはロービングである、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載のリムの製造方法。
- 補強繊維からなる前記バンドの少なくとも一部分は、補強繊維からなる追加の層が適用される前に再位置決めされる、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載のリムの製造方法。
- 補強繊維からなる前記バンドの少なくとも一部分は、ループ状に折り重ねられている、請求項7に記載のリムの製造方法。
- 補強繊維からなる前記バンドの少なくとも一部分は、周方向に配置された補強要素に折り重ねられている、請求項8に記載のリムの製造方法。
- 環状体製造用の巻取装置であって、
補強繊維からなるバンドを予備成形するのに適したドロープ装置と、
成形ツールを受けるのに適したハブとを備え、
前記成形ツールは、補強材料からなるバンドを少なくとも1層で前記成形ツール上に巻き付けることができるよう、前記ドロープ装置に対して回転可能に配置されていることを特徴とする巻取装置。 - 前記ドロープ装置は、補強材料からなる前記ハンドを連続的に成形するスライドを備える、請求項10に記載の巻取装置。
- 前記スライドは鎌形状である、請求項11に記載の巻取装置。
- 前記ドロープ装置は、前記ハブ上に配置される前記成形ツールに対して、可動に配置されている、請求項10または11に記載の巻取装置。
- 前記ハブ上に配置された前記成形ツールに対して旋回可能に配置されたツールおよび/または製造補助装置を備える、請求項10から13までのいずれか一項に記載の巻取装置。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の製造方法にしたがって製造されたリムを備えるホイール。
- 複合材料から作られたホイールセンターを備える、請求項15に記載のホイール。
- 金属から作られたホイールセンターを備える、請求項15に記載のホイール。
