Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも50%の水分量を有する、バイオマスなどの有機物成分を含有するスラリを処理する方法であって、
前記スラリの圧力および温度を上昇させて、超臨界状態において前記スラリ中に水を生じさせるステップと、
前記スラリ中の前記有機物成分の少なくとも一部を変換するステップと、
前記変換されたスラリから気体生成物を分離するステップと
を含む方法において、
前記スラリ中の前記有機物成分の少なくとも一部を変換するステップの前に、流体を前記スラリと混合するステップ
を特徴とする、方法。 - 前記変換されたスラリからの流体を上流スラリと混合する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリ中の液体が前記超臨界状態において生じる前に、好ましくは前記スラリ中の前記液体が臨界圧より高く加圧される前に、および/または臨界温度より高い温度まで加熱される前に、前記流体を前記スラリと混合するステップを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記変換されたスラリ中の前記流体から前記気体生成物および/または固体を分離するステップと、このように得られた前記流体を前記上流スラリと混合するステップとを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 好ましくは変換前の前記スラリが前記変換されたスラリからの前記流体と混合された後に、前記変換されたスラリと変換前の前記スラリとの間で熱を交換するステップを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記変換されたスラリと前記上流スラリとの間で熱を交換して、前記上流スラリを前記臨界温度より高い温度まで加熱するステップを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 好ましくは前記スラリを前記変換されたスラリからの前記流体と混合するステップの少なくとも前に、好ましくは前記スラリを脱水すること、および/または、より少ない水を含有する物質を添加することにより、前記スラリ中の水の割合を低減するステップを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリ中の前記有機物成分の少なくとも一部を変換するステップの前に、前記スラリに燃料を添加するステップを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも50%の水分量を有する、バイオマスなどの有機物成分を含有するスラリを処理するシステム(1)であって、超臨界状態において前記スラリ中に液体を生じさせるポンプ(6)および加熱器または熱交換器(7)と、前記スラリ中の前記有機物成分の少なくとも一部を変換する反応器(8)と、前記変換されたスラリから気体生成物を除去する分離器(12)とを備えるシステム(1)において、前記反応器(8)の上流にある前記スラリに流体を添加する混合器(5)を特徴とする、システム(1)。
- 前記反応器の下流端部は、前記混合器に接続されている、請求項9に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記混合器(5)は、前記超臨界状態において前記スラリ中に前記液体を生じさせる前記ポンプ(6)および前記加熱器または前記熱交換器(7)のうちの少なくとも1つの上流に配置されている、請求項9または10に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記気体生成物を除去する分離器(12)および/または前記変換されたスラリ中の前記流体から固体を除去する分離器(9)を備える、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記変換されたスラリから非変換スラリに熱を移動させ、前記反応器(8)の上流に配置されており、好ましくは前記混合機(5)の下流に配置されている前記熱交換器(7)を備える、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 供給スラリを脱水し、好ましくは前記混合機(5)の上流に配置されている固液分離器(2)を備える、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記スラリ中の前記液体を超臨界圧まで加圧する前記ポンプ(6)は、油圧ポンプであり、冷却媒体用の回路(27、28)を含み、前記回路(27、28)は、前記スラリから油圧媒体を分離する、請求項9から14のいずれか一項または請求項9の前提部に記載のシステム(1)。
