Abstract
Description
ヒドロキシルエチルメチルセルロース(HEMC)の湿式ろ過ケーキを、70℃に設定の加熱された実験室規模(4〜6リットル容積)の混錬機(Werner & Pfleiderer Masch.Typ:LUK 4 III−1,Coperion,Stuttgart,DE)に添加し、25〜50rpmのせん断速度で30分間継続的に混錬した。PCEポリマー流動化剤を、(ポリエチレンオキシド及びメチル末端封鎖ポリエチレンオキシドエステル側鎖を有するポリメタクリル酸、Glenium(商標)51 35重量%水溶液のPCE溶液、BASF,Ludwigshafen,DE)に10分未満の間投与した。混合物をせん断速度25〜50rpmで20分間混錬し、その後、生成物を55℃の乾燥キャビネットで乾燥し、0.5mmの篩付きのAlpineミル(Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft,Augsburg,DE)で、生成物の100重量%が篩を通過して乾燥ミックス添加剤を形成するのに十分な時間、粉砕した。次いで、生成物が少なくとも30重量%<63μmの平均粒径を有するように、標準篩で粒径を調整した。
以下の表3に示すように、合成ヒドロキシルエチルメチルセルロース[HEMC、DS(M)=1.54、MS(HE)=0.31]の湿式ろ過ケーキ(601g、41.1重量%固形分)を、70℃に設定の加熱された混錬機(Werner & Pfleiderer Masch.Typ:LUK 4 III−1,Coperion,Stuttgart,DE)に添加し、30分間混錬した。88%加水分解PVOH(Mowiol(商標)4−88 LA,Kuraray Europe GmbH.,Hattersheim am Main,DE)の20重量%水溶液を10分以内に組み合わせた。この混合物を20分混錬し、その後、生成物を55℃の乾燥キャビネットで乾燥し、0.5mmの篩付きのAlpineミル(Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft,Augsburg,DE)で、生成物の100重量%が篩を通過して乾燥ミックス添加剤を形成するのに十分な時間、粉砕した。次いで、生成物が少なくとも30重量%<63μmの平均粒径を有するように、標準篩で粒径を調整した。
Claims (10)
- 石膏乾燥ミックスまたは石膏テープ目地化合物添加剤としての使用のための組成物を作成するための方法であって、50〜120℃の昇温で、60〜80重量%の水と、1つ以上のセルロースエーテルと、全セルロースエーテル固形分に基づいて、0.1〜10重量%の、ポリマーコロイド安定剤、ポリマー流動化剤、及びそれらの組み合わせから選択されるポリマー添加剤とを含有する湿潤セルロースエーテル混合物を混錬して、添加剤を形成することと、前記添加剤を乾燥及び粉砕することと、次いで、前記添加剤を、全セルロースエーテル固形分に基づいて、0.1〜20重量%の1つ以上の乾燥ポリアクリルアミドと組み合わせることとを含む、方法。
- 前記混錬デバイスは、押出機、混錬機、バンバリーミキサー、高せん断ミキサー、またはホモジナイザーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記セルロースエーテルは、ヒドロキシエチルメチルセルロースである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリマー添加剤の量は、全セルロースエーテル固形分に基づいて、0.2〜5重量%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー添加剤は、ポリビニルアルコールであるポリマーコロイド安定剤である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー添加剤は、5〜30重量%の固形分を有する水性組成物として前記混合物中に存在するポリマーコロイド安定剤である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー添加剤は、ポリカルボン酸エーテル、及びメラミン/ホルムアルデヒドスルホネートから選択されるポリマー流動化剤である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー流動化剤は、1つ以上のアルキルポリグリコールエーテル側鎖を含有するポリアクリルまたはポリメタクリル酸であるポリカルボン酸エーテルである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー添加剤は、10〜50重量%の固形分を有する水性組成物として前記混合物中に存在するポリマー流動化剤である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 石膏または硫酸カルシウムと、1つ以上のセルロースエーテル粉末を含む乾燥ミックス添加剤とを含む乾燥ミックス組成物であって、前記セルロースエーテルの粉末は、その表面に、全セルロースエーテル固形分に基づいて、0.1〜10重量%の、ポリマーコロイド安定剤、ポリマー流動化剤、及びそれらの組み合わせから選択されるポリマー添加剤を含有し、前記乾燥ミックス添加剤は、全セルロースエーテル固形分に基づいて、0.1〜20重量%の量でポリアクリルアミドをさらに含む、乾燥ミックス組成物。
