Claims (9)
- 供給原料の供給を受け、沸点差によって前記供給原料を分離し、前記供給原料の分離過程で廃熱が発生する廃熱供給源、
水供給源から供給された水が、前記廃熱供給源から供給された前記廃熱と熱交換して蒸発する熱交換部、
前記熱交換部で生成された水蒸気の供給を受けて圧縮する機械的蒸気再圧縮(MVR:Mechanical Vapor Recompression)モジュール、および
前記機械的蒸気再圧縮モジュールに供給される飽和水蒸気の量が増加するように、別途の工程で生成された廃水を前記熱交換部に供給する廃水供給部を含むことを特徴とする廃熱を用いる蒸留システム。 - 前記廃水供給部は、前記熱交換部の気液分離部に前記廃水を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃熱を用いる蒸留システム。
- 前記気液分離部は、前記水が蒸発した水蒸気と、未蒸発の水とが分離する領域であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の廃熱を用いる蒸留システム。
- 前記廃水は、熱水であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃熱を用いる蒸留システム。
- 前記廃熱供給源は、蒸発分離器であり、前記廃熱は、前記蒸発分離器から排出される上部蒸気であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃熱を用いる蒸留システム。
- 前記機械的蒸気再圧縮モジュールで圧縮された飽和水蒸気の少なくとも一部は、前記廃熱供給源に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の廃熱を用いる蒸留システム。
- 前記熱交換部は、垂直型流下膜式蒸発器(VFFE:Vertical Falling Film Evaporator)であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の廃熱を用いる蒸留システム。
- 前記熱交換部は、水平型流下膜式蒸発器(HFFE:Horizontal Falling Film Evaporator)であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の廃熱を用いる蒸留システム。
- 前記熱交換部は、ケトル型熱交換器であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の廃熱を用いる蒸留システム。
