Abstract
Description
熱伝達デバイス10が組み込まれた蓋又はキャップを受容するために好適な機械的接続部、典型的には、好ましくはデバイス10の上へのその閉鎖を促進するための取っ手202も含むロック機構201と、
蒸気加熱を使用する第1及び第2の実施形態に対して、蓋又はキャップ内に蒸気接続部303、304を介して蒸気を供給するための蒸気発生器又は蒸気発生ユニット22(典型的には、サーモブロック及びポンプ)、又は、伝導、赤外又はハロゲンランプを用いた放射、高温空気、誘導などを使用する第3の実施形態に対して、加熱要素からの熱を蓋又はキャップに伝達する加熱要素21と、
任意選択的に、対応する圧送・泡立てデバイス50を駆動する、具体的には、泡立てを実行するために蓋又はキャップ内の圧送・泡立てデバイス50の移動可能な部分(単数又は複数)を回転状態に引き込む泡立て駆動ユニット23と、
また任意選択的に、流体(容器301からの)及び空気の混合物が泡立てられるように、空気入口302を介して空気を圧送・泡立てデバイス50内に導入するための空気レギュレータ203と、を含む。
システムは、要求に応じて温かい流体又は温かい流体泡を提供することができる;
流体又は流体泡に接触するマシンの部分はなく(システムは、正流又は直列に構成される)、それにより必要な清浄化作業が最小化される;
流体又は流体泡に接触するパックの部分は、容易に分解されるようになっており、それらは、容易に清浄化される又は清浄化されるために容易にアクセス可能とすることができる;
泡と熱発生源との間に直接の接触がないため、流体泡は非常に静かに加熱される(したがって、非常に高品質を備えている);

Claims (18)
- 要求に応じて流体又は流体泡を加熱するための熱伝達デバイス(10)であって、前記流体又は前記流体泡が流通する経路(30)と、熱伝導性材料で作製された少なくとも1つの層(11)とを備え、前記経路(30)は、前記層(11)が加熱されると、前記流体又は前記流体泡が前記経路(30)を通って流通する際に前記層(11)が前記流体又は前記流体泡に熱を伝達するように前記層(11)に接触しており、前記経路(30)及び前記経路(30)に接触する前記層(11)の部分が、清浄化されるためにアクセス可能になるように分離可能に構成されている、熱伝達デバイス(10)。
- 第1の経路(20)であって、前記第1の経路(20)を通って流通する際の蒸気の液体への相の変化により前記層(11)が加熱されるように蒸気が流通する第1の経路(20)を更に備える、請求項1に記載の熱伝達デバイス(10)。
- 蒸気が流通する第2の経路(40)と、二次層(12)であって、前記第2の経路(40)を通って流通する際の蒸気の液体への相の変化により前記二次層(12)が加熱されるように前記第2の経路(40)に接触する二次層(12)とを更に備え、前記経路(30)及び前記経路(30)に接触する前記層(11、12)の部分が、清浄化されるためにアクセス可能になるように分離可能に構成されている、請求項2に記載の熱伝達デバイス(10)。
- 前記層(11)は、伝導により、及び/又は放射により、及び/又は高温空気により、及び/又は誘導により加熱される、請求項1に記載の熱伝達デバイス(10)。
- 前記経路(30)は、円筒形状を有して構成されており、前記層(11)は、前記層(11)及び前記経路(30)の両方が清浄化されるためにアクセス可能になるように、前記経路の上を摺動することができるスリーブとして構成されている、請求項4に記載の熱伝達デバイス(10)。
- 前記流体又は前記流体泡が流通する前記経路(30)は、迷路状に構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝達デバイス(10)。
- 前記流体又は前記流体泡が流通する前記経路(30)、並びに前記第1の経路(20)及び/又は前記第2の経路(40)は、相補的な形状であるように、好ましくは迷路状を有して構成されている、請求項2又は3に記載の熱伝達デバイス(10)。
- 前記熱伝達デバイス(10)に組み込まれた圧送・泡立てデバイス(50)を更に備え、前記圧送・泡立てデバイス(50)内には空気も供給される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝達デバイス(10)。
- 前記圧送・泡立てデバイス(50)は、一方が移動可能であり他方が静止したものである2つの部分、又は互いに相対的に移動可能である2つの部分を備えて、流体及び空気の混合物が、前記2つの部分を通って流通して前記混合物の泡立てを可能にするせん断応力を受けるようになっている、請求項8に記載の熱伝達デバイス(10)。
- その内部容積内に流体及び/又は泡立つ流体製品を有する流体容器(301)と、内部に加熱するため及び任意選択的に泡立てるためにも前記流体が供給される請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝達デバイス(10)を備える、要求に応じて温かい流体又は温かい流体泡を提供するためのパック(300)。
- 蒸気を前記熱伝達デバイス(10)内に供給する1つ又は複数の蒸気接続部(303、304)を備える、請求項10に記載のパック(300)。
- 空気を前記熱伝達デバイス(10)の前記圧送・泡立てデバイス(50)内に供給する空気入口(302)と、前記圧送・泡立てデバイス(50)内の前記移動可能な部分(単数又は複数)を回転状態に引き込む駆動接続部(306)とを更に備える、請求項10又は11に記載のパック(300)。
- 請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載のパック(300)に接続可能な、要求に応じて流体又は流体泡を加熱するためのマシン(200)であって、前記パック(300)を受容するために好適な接続部と、前記パック(300)に熱を伝達する加熱ユニット(310)とを備える、マシン(200)。
- 前記加熱ユニット(310)は、前記熱伝達デバイス(10)内に蒸気を供給する蒸気発生ユニット(22)を含む、請求項13に記載のマシン(200)。
- 前記加熱ユニットは、伝導、及び/又は赤外若しくはハロゲンランプを用いた放射、及び/又は高温空気、及び/又は誘導などにより、熱を前記熱伝達デバイス(10)に伝達するための加熱要素(21)を含む、請求項14に記載のマシン(200)。
- 前記熱伝達デバイス(10)内の前記圧送・泡立てデバイス(50)を駆動することができる泡立て駆動ユニット(23)を更に備える、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載のマシン(200)。
- 前記熱伝達デバイス(10)の前記圧送・泡立てデバイス(50)内に空気を導入するための空気レギュレータ(203)を更に備える、請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載のマシン(200)。
- 請求項13〜17のいずれか一項に記載のマシン(200)と、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載のパック(300)とを備える、要求に応じて流体又は流体泡を加熱するためのシステム。
