Claims (29)
- 流体チャネルと前記流体チャネル内の流体を加熱するために使用されるように配置された加熱エレメントを有するベース構造体を備え、
さらに前記流体チャネルを冷却するために使用されるように配置された冷却手段を備えることを特徴とする加熱装置。 - 前記加熱エレメントは、少なくとも1つの前記流体チャネルの流体チャネル経路に少なくとも部分的に合致する請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記ベース構造体は、板状構造体を含む請求項1または2に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記ベース構造体は、前記流体チャネルと前記冷却手段との間で熱が交換される熱伝導性材料を含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記冷却手段は、冷却チャネルを備える請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記冷却チャネルは、前記流体チャネルに加熱された流体が実質的にないときに、前記流体チャネルを冷却するために使用されるように配置されている、請求項5に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記冷却チャネルの少なくとも一部は、前記流体チャネルの少なくとも一部とは別個のチャネルである、請求項5または6に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記冷却チャネルは、前記流体チャネルの上方又は下方に位置する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記冷却チャネルの少なくとも一部は、前記流体チャネルの少なくとも一部の少なくとも1つの辺に隣接している、請求項5乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記冷却チャネルの少なくとも一部は、前記流体チャネルの少なくとも一部の少なくとも2つの異なる辺に隣接している、請求項5乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。

- 前記流体チャネルの少なくとも一部及び前記冷却チャネルの少なくとも一部は、螺旋状、波状、ラビリンス状、交互折り返し状、ジグザグ状、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせから選択される形状を含む、請求項5乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。

- 請求項1乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置の前記流体チャネルを冷却する冷却方法であって、
a.加熱された流体を前記流体チャネルを通して搬送するステップと、
b.冷却手段を使用して前記流体チャネルを冷却するステップと、
を含む、冷却方法。 - 請求項5に記載の冷却チャネルを備え、前記冷却チャネルを通して冷却流体を搬送して、熱伝達によって前記流体チャネルを冷却するステップを更に含む、請求項20に記載の冷却方法。
- 前記冷却流体が前記冷却チャネルを通過した後に、前記冷却流体を再循環させるステップを更に含む、請求項21に記載の冷却方法。
- 前記冷却チャネル内の前記流体を冷却するステップは、前記冷却流体が、周囲温度以下、好ましくは25℃以下の温度である第1の冷却ステップを含む、請求項21または22に記載の冷却方法。
- 前記冷却チャネル内の前記流体を冷却するステップは、第2の冷却ステップを更に含み、前記冷却流体は、10℃以下、好ましくは5℃以下の温度である、請求項23に記載の冷却方法。
- 前記冷却流体は、再循環される、請求項21乃至24のいずれか1項に記載の冷却方法。
- 前記冷却流体によって吸収された熱が、更なる流体を加熱するために使用される、請求項21乃至25のいずれか1項に記載の冷却方法。
- 請求項1乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置を備える飲料調製機器。
- 前記飲料調製機器が、煎出飲料調製機器である、請求項27に記載の飲料調製機器。
- 1つ以上の飲料を調製する調製方法であって、
請求項27または28に記載の飲料調製装置の前記加熱エレメントの前記流体チャネル内の飲料流体を加熱するステップと、
前記加熱された飲料流体を前記流体チャネルから吐出するステップと、
前記流体チャネルを冷却するステップと、
任意選択により、更なる流体を前記流体チャネルに通過させるステップとを含む
