Claims (9)
- 上側から足の甲を覆う甲皮と、
前記甲皮の下側を連結するインソール部と、
前記甲皮及びインソール部と結合され、底面(outsole surface)により支持されるアウトソール部と、を含み、
前記アウトソール部は、複数の吸着部が配列される滑り防止構造を備え、前記吸着部は、カップリム(cup rim)に沿って地面に密着して圧縮されることによって吸着力を提供するカップと、前記カップの中心で下方に突出する突起部とを含む滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。 - 前記吸着部は、カップリム(cup rim)の高さが前記突起部の下端の高さよりさらに低く位置するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。
- 地面に接触時、カップリム(cup rim)が地面に接触しながら圧縮されることによって吸着力を提供し、足の荷重が移動時、圧力が増加することにつれて突起部が地面と接触する時、吸着力を解除することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。
- 前記アウトソール部は、水分の排出を改善する構造であって、前記吸着部の上側を相互間に連結する連結部と、連結部の間に上下方向に貫通形成される開口部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。
- 前記アウトソール部は、前後方向を横切るように平板形態からなり、両側に複数の枝部が延長されるインレー部を備え、前記インレー部の底面の高さは、前記吸着部の下端の高さに対応することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。
- 前記アウトソール部は、吸着部の配列の縁を成す側壁部を備え、前記インレー部に隣接する連結部の間には開口部が形成され、側壁部に隣接する連結部の間には充填部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。
- 前記アウトソール部は、一つの吸着部を中心に等間隔で6個の連結部が6個の吸着部を連結して構成する六角形態のアウトソールユニットを含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。
- 前記甲皮及びインソール部は、相互間に角が対向する状態でボニス裁縫方式によって結合することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。
- 前記アウトソール部の前方から前方に向かって延長形成され、水中で水の流れを押しやる熊手部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。
