Description
Claims (5)
- 上側から足の甲を覆う甲皮と、
前記甲皮の下側を連結するインソール部と、
前記甲皮及びインソール部と結合され、底面(outsole surface)により支持されるアウトソール部と、を含み、
前記アウトソール部は、複数の吸着部が配列される滑り防止構造を備え、前記吸着部は、カップリム(cup rim)に沿って地面に密着して圧縮されることによって吸着力を提供するカップを含み、
前記吸着部は、前記カップの中心から下方に突出する突起部をさらに含み、
前記吸着部は、カップリム(cup rim)の高さが前記突起部の下端の高さよりさらに低く位置するように構成され、地面に接触時、カップリム(cup rim)が地面に接触しながら圧縮されることによって吸着力を提供し、足の荷重が移動時、圧力が増加するにつれて突起部が地面と接触する時、吸着力を解除し、
前記アウトソール部は、前記吸着部の上側を相互間に連結する連結部と、連結部の間に上下方向に貫通形成される開口部とを備え、
前記アウトソール部は、一つの吸着部を中心に等間隔で6個の連結部が6個の吸着部を連結して構成する六角形態のアウトソールユニットを含み、隣接するアウトソールユニットは底部の面積で交差部位を有することを特徴とする滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。 - 前記連結部は、前記吸着部に近づくほど幅が広くなるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。
- 前記アウトソール部は、平板形態からなるインレー部を備え、前記インレー部の底面の高さは、前記吸着部の下端の高さに対応することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。
- 前記アウトソール部は、吸着部の配列の縁を成す側壁部を備え、前記インレー部に隣接する連結部の間には開口部が形成され、側壁部に隣接する連結部の間には充填部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。
- 前記アウトソール部の前方から前方に向かって延長形成され、水中で水の流れを押しやる熊手部をさらに含み、前記熊手部は、水の流れを押しやる機能の向上のために上側に湾曲した形態で形成され、前記熊手部には前記熊手部が変形されることを防止するための一つ以上の補強リブが備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滑り防止構造を備えるアクアシューズ。
