Claims (12)
- 下記の成分をベースとする少なくとも1種のフェノール/アルデヒド樹脂を含むことを特徴とするゴム組成物:
・少なくとも2個のヒドロキシル官能基を互いに対してメタ位置に担持し、少なくとも1個の前記ヒドロキシル官能基に対する2つのオルト位置は置換されていない少なくとも1個の芳香環を含む、少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリフェノール;および、
・1,3−ベンゼンジカルボキシアルデヒド、1,4−ベンゼンジカルボキシアルデヒドおよびこれらの化合物の混合物から選ばれる少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリアルデヒド。 - 前記芳香族ポリフェノールの前記芳香環が、3個のヒドロキシル官能基を互いに対してメタ位置に担持する、請求項1記載のゴム組成物。
- 各ヒドロキシル官能基に対する2つのオルト位置が、置換されていない、請求項1または2記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記芳香族ポリフェノールの前記芳香環の残余部が、置換されていない、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記芳香族ポリフェノールが、複数個の芳香環を含み;これら少なくとも2個が、各々、少なくとも2個のヒドロキシル官能基を互いに対してメタ位置に担持し;少なくとも1個の芳香環の少なくとも1個の前記ヒドロキシル官能基に対する2つのオルト位置が置換されていない、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記芳香族ポリフェノールの前記芳香環の少なくとも1個が、3個のヒドロキシル官能基を互いに対してメタ位置に担持する、請求項5記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記芳香族ポリフェノールの前記または各芳香環が、ベンゼン環である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記芳香族ポリフェノールが、レゾルシノール、フロログルシノール、2,2’,4,4’−テトラヒドロキシジフェニルスルフィド、2,2’,4,4’−テトラヒドロキシベンゾフェノン、これらのフェノール類の少なくとも1種から事前縮合させた樹脂およびこれらの化合物の混合物からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記芳香族ポリアルデヒドが、1,4−ベンゼンジカルボキシアルデヒドである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載のゴム組成物。
- 下記の成分を混合する工程を含むことを特徴とするゴム組成物の製造方法:
・少なくとも1種のエラストマー;
・少なくとも2個のヒドロキシル官能基を互いに対してメタ位置に担持し、少なくとも1個の前記ヒドロキシル官能基に対する2つのオルト位置は置換されていない少なくとも1個の芳香環を含む、少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリフェノール;および、
・1,3−ベンゼンジカルボキシアルデヒド、1,4−ベンゼンジカルボキシアルデヒドおよびこれらの化合物の混合物から選ばれる少なくとも1種の芳香族ポリアルデヒド。 - ゴム組成物中に埋込まれた少なくとも1種の補強要素で補強されたゴム複合体であって、前記ゴム組成物が請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に従っていることを特徴とする、前記ゴム複合体。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載のゴム組成物または請求項11記載のゴム複合体を含むことを特徴とするタイヤ(1)。
