Claims (13)
- 調節可能な容積を有する細胞培養バッグ(3)を配置するためのトレイ(2)と、前記細胞培養バッグ(3)を覆い、加熱機能を備えている蓋(4)と、一体化された灌流ユニット(5、6)と、一体化された細胞ローディングユニット(8)と、自動化された細胞培養物のサンプリングのための一体化されたユニットとを備えており、単一の制御ユニットによって制御される細胞培養のためのバイオリアクタシステム(1)。
- 前記トレイ(2)は、可動であり、静置細胞培養ならびに所望のrpmでの振とう細胞培養を可能にする、請求項1に記載のバイオリアクタシステム(1)。
- 2つ〜5つなど、いくつかのトレイ(2)が存在し、当該バイオリアクタシステム(1)上に垂直方向に積み重ねられる、請求項1または2に記載のバイオリアクタシステム(1)。
- 前記細胞培養バッグ(3)の前記容積を、50mLから3000mLへと増加させることができる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクタシステム(1)。
- 前記蓋(4)の上部の内側に、加熱素子が設けられている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクタシステム(1)。
- 前記一体化された灌流ユニットは、培地供給バッグ(5)と、廃棄物バッグ(6)と、前記細胞バッグ(3)への接続のためのそれぞれの導管と、前記培地を前記バッグへと駆動するポンプと、前記バッグから廃棄物を駆動するポンプとを備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクタシステム(1)。

- 細胞を培養するための方法であって、
出発細胞培養物を、細胞培養バッグ(3)の容積を50〜500mLに設定し、培養物を37℃へと加熱して、静置状態の請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のバイオリアクタにおいて培養し、次いで、1〜6日後、好ましくは3〜4日後に、培養物のスケールアップのために、バッグの容積を1500〜3000mLへと拡大して、室温において揺動運動のもとで培養を続けることを含み、
出発およびスケールアップの両方の培養が、同一の細胞培養バッグ(3)にて同一のバイオリアクタシステム(1)において実行される、方法。 - 前記出発細胞培養物は、幹細胞、免疫由来細胞、腫瘍浸潤細胞(TIL)、または細胞療法に適した任意の他の細胞から選択される、請求項12に記載の方法。
