Claims (13)
- 角柱形状に形成されたセルハウジング(3)であって、負の端子(11)と正の端子(12)とが配置されたカバー面(31)を有する前記セルハウジング(3)と、
前記セルハウジング(3)の内部に配置された少なくとも1つの巻回電極体(10)であって、カソード接触タブ(24)を有するカソード(14)及びアノード接触タブ(26)を有するアノード(16)を含む前記巻回電極体(10)と、
を備えるバッテリセル(2)において、
前記カソード接触タブ(24)と前記アノード接触タブ(26)とは相並んで、前記巻回電極体(10)から、前記セルハウジング(3)の厳密に1つの端面(35、36)へと延びており、前記端面(35、36)は、前記カバー面(31)に対して直交して延びていることを特徴とする、バッテリセル(2)。 - 前記セルハウジング(3)は、直方体形状に形成され、3つの様々な大きさの面積による6つの面(31、32、33、34、35、36)を有し、面積が同じ大きさの面(31、32、33、34、35、36)が2つずつ互いに対向していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記カソード接触タブ(24)と前記アノード接触タブ(26)とは、前記セルハウジング(3)の第1の前記端面(35)へと延びており、前記第1の端面(35)と、当該第1の端面(35)に対向する第2の前記端面(36)とは、前記セルハウジング(3)の前記面(31、32、33、34、35、36)のなかで面積が最も小さいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記カバー面(31)と、当該カバー面(31)に対向する底面(32)とは、前記セルハウジング(3)の前記面(31、32、33、34、35、36)のなかで面積が中くらいの大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記カソード接触タブ(24)又は前記アノード接触タブ(26)は、前記巻回電極体(10)と前記底面(32)との間及び前記巻回電極体(10)と前記第2の端面(36)との間に介在する集電体(51)と、電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記カソード接触タブ(24)又は前記アノード接触タブ(26)は、前記巻回電極体(10)と正面(33、34)との間に介在する集電体(51)と電気的に接続されており、前記正面(33、34)は、前記セルハウジング(3)の前記面(31、32、33、34、35、36)のなかで面積が最も大きいことを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記セルハウジング(3)は、電気的絶縁性を備えて実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記セルハウジング(3)は、導電性を備えて実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記カソード接触タブ(24)又は前記アノード接触タブ(26)は、前記セルハウジング(3)と電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記カソード接触タブ(24)と前記アノード接触タブ(26)との間には、前記セルハウジング(3)の前記端面(35、36)へと延びる絶縁膜(21)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 前記カソード(14)と前記アノード(16)とは、少なくとも1つのセパレータ(18、19)を間に挟んだ状態で巻回され、前記絶縁膜(21)は、少なくとも1つのセパレータ(18、19)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッテリセル(2)。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つのバッテリセル(2)を備えたバッテリシステム。
- 電気自動車(EV)、ハイブリッド自動車(HEV)、又は、プラグインハイブリッド自動車(PHEV)での、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセル(2)の利用。
