無水マレイン酸グラフトポリマー

試料調製及び再生工程
EVOH、結合層、及び外側ポリオレフィン層を含有する対照多層フィルム試料を、EVOH、結合層、ならびにポリオレフィンと再生相溶化剤との配合物である外側ポリオレフィン層を含有する自己再生可能な多層構造体と比較する、表2。両フィルムは、42.5/5/5/5/42.5ミクロンの層として分配され、全厚100ミクロンを有する5層A/B/C/B/A構造体である。これらの構造体は、Collin共押出吹込みフィルムライン上で製造された。これらの試料は、後に再生工程へ提出されるため、「オリジナルフィルム構造体」として指定され及び図2aに図示される構造体に対応する。表2は設計された構造体を示す。

表9で示されるように、EVOH、結合層、及び外側ポリオレフィン層を含有する対照多層フィルム試料を、EVOH、結合層、ならびにポリオレフィンと再生相溶化剤との配合物を含む外側ポリオレフィン層を含有する2つの自己再生可能な多層構造体と比較する。
Claims (12)
- 多層構造体であって、
a)ポリオレフィン成分を含む少なくとも1つの層であって、前記ポリオレフィン成分が、
i)エチレンホモポリマー、エチレンコポリマー、ポリプロピレンホモポリマー、ポリプロピレンコポリマー、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される60重量パーセントから94重量パーセントの第1の成分、
ii)0重量パーセントから35重量パーセントの官能性ポリマー成分、ならびに
iii)200,000cP以下の溶融粘度(177℃)及び0.855g/ccから0.94g/ccの密度を有する無水物及び/またはカルボン酸官能化エチレン/アルファ−オレフィンインターポリマーを含む1重量パーセントから35重量パーセントの相溶化剤成分を含む、少なくとも1つの層と、
b)50dg/分未満のメルトインデックスを有する無水マレイン酸グラフトポリマーを含む少なくとも1つの結合層であって、前記相溶化剤成分を含有しない、結合層と、
c)極性ポリマーを含む少なくとも1つの極性層と、を備える、多層構造体。 - 前記相溶化剤成分の前記極性ポリマーに対する重量比が、0.2〜4.0:1.0の範囲内である、請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記極性層が、EVOH層を含む、請求項1または2に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記極性層が、ナイロン6、ナイロン66、ナイロン6/66、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるナイロンを含む層を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の多層構造体。
- 前記極性層が、少なくとも1つのEVOH層と、ナイロン6、ナイロン66、ナイロン6/66、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるナイロンの少なくとも1つの層とを含む、請求項1に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記エチレンホモポリマーまたはエチレンアルファ−オレフィンコポリマーが、ホモポリマーポリエチレン、エチレンアルファ−オレフィンコポリマー、ポリプロピレン、ランダムポリプロピレン、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の多層構造体。
- 前記ポリオレフィン成分が、5重量パーセントから30重量パーセントのシーラントポリマーと70重量パーセントから95重量パーセントの前記エチレンホモポリマーまたはエチレンアルファ−オレフィンコポリマーとの配合物を含む、請求項6に記載の多層構造体。
- 前記官能性ポリマー成分が、無水マレイン酸官能化ポリオレフィン、アクリレートエチレンコポリマー、エチレン酢酸ビニル、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の多層構造体。
- 請求項1に記載の多層構造体から調製される物品。
- 再生構造体を製造する方法であって、
a)請求項1に記載の多層構造体を薄片に変換することと、
b)任意に前記薄片をペレットに変換することと、
c)前記薄片または前記ペレットから前記再生構造体を形成することと、を含み、
前記相溶化剤成分の使用を含まない、方法。 - 前記薄片及び/またはペレットが、i)吹込みまたは流延フィルム工程から出る縁トリムを直接供給流へ連続的に戻すこと、及びii)任意で前記トリムを他のポリマーと組み合わせて多層構造体の層を形成することにより、ステップc)の前記再生構造体を形成する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項10に記載の再生構造体を備える少なくとも1つの層を有するフィルム。
